I have been buying food from Riverfront for years!!
The food if you get it is normally good but the service is terrible.
I didn’t get some of the food we ordered and paid for and tipped when ordering. We called as soon as we realized that we didn’t get the whole order and was told that it was going to send it back to us..
That didn’t happen and never heard back from anyone there.
When I called all I got was they wouldn’t deliver it and give a credit.
Terrible to tell someone that they would Not get their dinner!!!
Shame shame shame on them.
I am so sorry this happened so very sorry.
Terrible loss for me and this day and age when someone has to be hungry due to negligence is awful!!!!

Personally I think the only thing that can make this place any better was if they were to serve Coca-Cola. I always get a cheese pizza with bacon and it is always awesome. The place is always steady with business if not packed at times. I think this is a good representation of local pizza.

The food wasn't as good as I remembered but it was okay. The order was completely correct which was great. There was only one waitress and she was working HARD. She repeatedly checked with us and apologized that it took an hour to get our food. We couldn't get mad because she was the only one we saw waiting on all of the customers on a Saturday night.

The place looks like your typical local restaurant hangout. I ordered lunch from there a few times. The first was for delivery in February. After waiting a hour and a half I got a notice they cancelled my order. Gave no reason. Second time I ordered online but had to wait in a line of people ordering with one employee taking orders. Today, I ordered a sandwich online. When I picked it up they said something about it being a slice. I said no it’s a hoagie. We went back and forth with me trying to show the cashier and who I assume a manager the email with the order but the manager who was helping the cashier didn’t even look at it. Turns out Slice is what you order through online. Maybe they should use a different service because the eye roll I got from the manager or whatever she was made me very upset and embarrassed over something we all could have laughed about. The food is good and you get a lot for your money so it’s really sad I won’t be going back.

Didn’t like my visit at this business at all. The area where food was being prepped was extremely dirty. And people with long hair flying around, prepping food.
The salad was the worst I ever saw, was just lettuce with cheese and olives put on top. I’d hate to see the back of the restaurant where customers can’t see.
Was a very dark dank eating area and smelled of cigarettes. Will not be returning.

Evertime I call to place a deli every order I’m told they aren’t taking anymore. I’ve called at 715, I’ve called at 8. How is this a bar/restaurant, open on the weeekends, and not doing delivery so early in the evening? Crazy!

I normally don't give bad reviews but in this case I will make exception. We work down the street from Riverfront and get take out lunch quite regularly. Today we ordered the spicy basket and a taco salad and cheese bread. We ordered and the lady on the phone was rude and told us 15 minutes. We waited twenty minutes before coming over to pick up. Then we had to wait another thirty minutes for our order in which the jalapeno poppers were way overcooked and then the lady at the counter was very rude to us. I'm sorry she was not happy about being there but we didn't cause it and didn't deserve the treatment we received. This is why businesses go under. For our part none of us at our store will be ordering from there again. And we won't be recommending them again to our customers. Very sad about this because we all loved this restaurant

Me and my spouse always treated Riverfront as that kind of treat meal you just go big on like once or twice a month, went in last night fully expecting greatness.

We got a large pizza and a hoagie meal, we could instantly tell something was completely off, we guess they recently changed their bread provider because the pizza crust and hoagie bun was completely different then it has been for years!

You wouldnt think it would, but in all honesty It completely ruined the experience and taste, the hoagie bun AND pizza crust had this almost tough hotdog bun texture, completely off-putting!

This new change was not the right move, in our opinion they should have just increased prices a bit and kept the same great product, would have gladly paid extra for the taste we was craving!

Hopefully they go back their original provider/product, right now we'll probably try again in a few months to see, we've lost all interest in having it as often as we did though sadly. Which is sad because everything else topping wise tasted great (the steak hoagie meat may be different also, it was hard to tell, could have just been the new bread disappointment).
