We have loved Riverside ever since it opened. Recently I reserved floor seating for 6 and it gathered steam to have 10 sitting on the floor! Being we're all around 70, you should have seen the look on some of the guests with crutches. Thank you for accommodating us!

Had a lovely dinner at Riverside Korean Restaurant once recent Friday evening. Every main course comes with six side dishes called Ban Chan. Ours included black beans with sesame seeds, potatoes, daikon radish, tofu, broccoli and kimchi, all of which were a nice intro to our appetizers, both of which were delicious: sweet and spicy wings and beef and veggie stuffed fried dumplings. We shared two main courses — a chicken dish from the grill and a pork dish topped with a fried egg from the noodle section of the menu. Both were really good but if I had to choose a favorite, it would be the pork and noodle dish. We had a bit leftover to take home, always a bonus. The courteous staff rotated looking after us and were very timely about clearing plates, bringing the next dish, etc. We sat in the bright and airy portion of the restaurant, which has lots of green plants growing from a ceiling stand and best tiger face wallpaper I have ever seen. Drinks including beer, wine and cocktails are available to accompany your meal. It pays to make reservations — Riverside filled up quick during our visit!

One of the best Korean restaurant.. found this place after going to newport aquarium. Seems authentic.. like spiciness of their food ! Surely, will be going back when im in town.. !

Best Korean food I’ve ever had in the US!!! My friend and I went on a road trip from St. Louis to Louisville, and we drove an extra hour and a half out of our way just to try it — totally worth it! We got the seafood pancake, seafood soup, and osam bulgogi. Everything was sooooo good!!! LOVE IT! Definitely visiting again!

Everything was so delicious!! I haven't had quality Korean food in a while, and this really hit the spot!! Everyone loved their food! When I left, I was already trying to plan a second visit. Highly highly recommend if you love Korean food!

“This restaurant offers great authentic cuisine. I enjoyed the menu selection and portion sizes. There’s a good variety of appetizers and a very interesting kids’ menu. My children were thrilled, even though it was their first time at this restaurant. The dishes were served quickly, and the waitstaff were friendly. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes—you definitely won’t leave hungry. We’ll definitely be back!”

Came for early dinner on Saturday. We didn't have reservations. It's better if you had one. We were seated in the bar area. The service was actually faster than the regular tables. Our orders came out so fast. The food was very tasty. The only think i didn't like were two of the pickles dish (total of 6).

This place had the best meal we have had in Kentucky. The vegetable pancake was perfect. The beef soup dish was beyond description good.

I've only been here twice. I ordered the same thing that I got last time. They're definitely consistent! You should go hungry because the servings are very filling.

Vegetarian options: Tofu is an option for all of the dishes.
