The proprietor was extremely rude and wouldn’t serve us. We walked up to the shop and the sign said it would open at 12. She saw us, opened the door, and said she wasn’t open. We asked when she opened and she said 12. It was 12:15 and we told her it was after 12. She told us she would have to look at her watch. She said that she was preparing for the festival, that is next weekend, and told us to come back after a while. We told her we weren’t able to come back and she just closed the door.

So cute! Hope this business succeeds - it's just popsicles and I'm wondering what happens in the winter. They have regular and boozy options. We had the Georgia peach bourbon (we were told made with all fresh Georgia peaches) and salted caramel (nice and salty and creamy).

Discovered this place because my niece started begging for a popsicle while out and about... a quick web search turned up this place. The shop is small but you don't really need a ton of space for popsicles. The owners were super friendly, showing us what flavors were in stock and telling us a little bit about some of the flavors... we settled on a Strawberry for my niece... as for myself and my friend, we went the more adult route and got a Fireball popsicle and a Margarita one. All three of the popsicles were delicious... will definitely stop back in. Parking can be a bit tricky, but that's typical for Covington. If you have little ones, there is a great park directly across the street so they can burn off that extra sugar.

In the shadows of the Clock Tower and Pied Piper opposite Goebel Park, sits an oasis of pure joy on a stick. This ain't your granny's neighborhood ice cream joint nor a creepy ice cream truck. Rather a retro step in time balanced with fresh, updates artisan ingredients, lovingly hand batched to create one of life's simple cool pleasures - a popsicle! Not to be missed are the Watermelon (infused with the quenching summer fruit), Malted Whopper (a crunchy malty tribute to the iconic candy) and for the adults - Fireball (a subtle red hot buzz made with the real stuff). Flavors are divided in categories such as Fruity (like Kiwi Lime or Mango), Fun (how about Cereal Killer made with Frosted Flakes cereal milk!) Creamy (thinking Matcha Green Tea and Salted Caramel) and Poptail (pure boozy icy bliss because you can). Owner Lynn has chosen an awesome space to lovingly make these frozen treats to go (or enjoy on the new outdoor patio). She and her staff also do parties, events and festivals. Beat the summer heat and get over to Shiver. Now! You don't have to be bad to feel good.....

Best sweet treat in town and staff equally as pleasant!! Great variety can't wait to go back and try them all!! Even many alcohol varieties on the list for the conisuiers. I tried watermelon and mango super refreshing!
