Tasted like the spaghetti was sitting in the water to long. Change your water .
Small place, but friendly staff. Enjoyed black beans and rice and spaghetti/vegetarian chili

That had to of been the saddest & skinniest deluxe Burrito I've ever had!!! That's twice now.
Food and service are consistently solid. No complaints.

Terrible service. This is my “home” location so I’ve been many times. The last 3 times I was unfortunate to have chosen to sit in the section of the short haired lady, Missy or miss something, name tag said one thing, receipt says Wanda. It would be hard to be this lazy on purpose. This last time was the worst. Brought my check with my food and just set it all down and walked away. Didn’t ask if it was correct or I needed anything. Just went off to go laugh it up with 2 cops and then chat 3 three gentleman who she clearly knew based on the awkward touching as they were saying goodbye. Then I was just forgotten about. Needed a refill about halfway through my meal, tried to wait a few before I kept eating. Other server was clearly working hard actually giving her tables service so she couldn’t help. Other server even jumped on the counter to cash people out while my server just fumbled around with the grill scraper obliviously. After waiting and waiting I Ate about a 1/4 more then really needed a drink so I waited for one to finish. Took 15 minutes until I had to get up to ask for it. I’ll be going up the hill and avoiding this location at all costs. Please actually address this issue. Also the receipts says go to skylinelistens.com, which doesn’t exist. After seeing the actual contact info from other reviews/replies the downfall of this skyline makes sense given the owners, one holland group, and their strive for mediocracy in this area.

It’s been many years since I’ve been in Covington, so when back in the area I stopped in here to try some Skyline Chili. Service was friendly. The place is definitely a dive. Food was decent. Chili tasted good, but didn’t have the flavors I seem to recall from 15 years ago. Overall, not bad.
