The team went above and beyond in a recent catering event we ordered. We needed food for 50 people and had a special request that they serve the food "family style." They went above and beyond to make it happen. The president of One Holland, Becky Shelton, went as far as to be present in person to make sure the event went well. The CTI team loves Skyline Chili and we feel fortunate to have a One Holland-operated skyline right in our backyard. Thank you One Holland team for making our sales meeting special!

If I could give it zero, I would. Went there this past weekend and asked for a 5-way, wet (means extra chili) and an iced tea. My wife ordered a 5-way wet and a water. Neither 5-way came out correctly at all. Almost all noodles. We notified our server and she did not apologize or say anything at all really. She clearly did not care and no one else even tried to fix the issue or apologize. I asked for them to be removed from our bill. Terrible service and food. Oh by the way, my ICED tea came out with absolutely no ice. Worst experience at a Skyline restaurant that I've ever had. This location should close.

Thought I would jump on here and articulate myself in a well-spoken way. The two newest one star reviews are not accurate to the service given at this skyline. I was dining in while their 40 top table was there and did nothing but get in the server's way, trash the place and overall create an unpleasant dining atmosphere at a skyline where there were only two servers working when they walked in with fourty people on no notice it seemed. Just wanted to come give my two cents on a frequent at the restaurant who has had that server before to let her know she did a fantastic job handling the situation when I came across two very innacurate and mean-hearted reviews from that group. I noticed you were a christian youth group and as a christian woman myself, I would like to say, it did not sound like you were asking yourself 'WWJD' in that moment. this was the worst service I have ever had, it took 30 minutes for them to bring me a Dr pepper, like what?? also when I got my cheese fries, which took 30 minutes to put a pile of cold cheese on cold fries it was soggy and the worst cheese fries I have ever experienced, its so bad, its making me sick to my stomach, the napkin was the best thing on the menu. it took my buddy 40 minutes to get a chocolate milk, a kids plastic chocolate milk, 40 freaking minutes, and 30 minutes for cold fries and cold cheese?? and the floors and tables were dirty, this is the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant, his is unbelievable I am extremely disappointed, this restaurant was supposed to be a 4.5 restaurant and if I could I would give it zero stars, we have to step up the employee game, slow ahh service and terrible ahh cooking, i give this experience a 0/10 never eating here again. this place sucks!!

Took over 30 min for not just the food but for the drinks to arrive. Then it took another 10 for them to take the food orders. Then to top it off after the next 30 min for the actual food to arrive there was a hair in the chilli under the melted cheese.
This was a very nice and clean restaurant. The staff was super friendly. This place was on my bucket list just to try it once. Never again, that chilli and those Coney's were awful, as expected! If you enjoy Skyline this is a good location.

Very good. I had never had Cincinnati chili, but had heard about it for years. It did not disappoint. The portion was HUGE! There must have been 6 oz of cheese on top and the chili itself with a unique blend of spices was absolutely delicious. I was told Skyline was the best place to try this legendary chili, and I tend to agree.
