It’s been many years since I’ve been in Covington, so when back in the area I stopped in here to try some Skyline Chili. Service was friendly. The place is definitely a dive. Food was decent. Chili tasted good, but didn’t have the flavors I seem to recall from 15 years ago. Overall, not bad.

Skyline Chili is a unique creation. Spiced differently from Texas chili, it's served on spaghetti pasta and typically topped with grated cheese, onion, and optional beans. Oyster crackers are served with it to enjoy with the broth that's leftover. I recommend it!
