The bathrooms were gross. I couldn’t even breathe in there. They use all plastic which is probably a good thing since they don’t clean, obviously. Bartender was nice though. They need smoke eaters if they keep letting everyone to smoke in there.

If you like live music, Strasse Haus is the place to go on Friday and Saturday nights. Tonight was Crambone Rocks which was excellent. Service is normally excellent and you normally leave making a new friend or 2. Always a good time.

My sister was celebrating a milestone in her career today with some family and friends. We just walked in, went straight to the bar to order a round of drinks. A man who who clearly had been there for some time got upset that we were standing at the bar in his way of the TV, so much so that he blew cigarette smoke directly into my little sister's hair multiple times and started yelling at us to move. The rest of the regulars there chimed in and were completely out of line. Especially considering we were just ordering drinks quickly and heading upstairs. The bartenders did nothing to intervene except tell us to go upstairs as if we were in the wrong for simply ordering a round of drinks. What was supposed to be a celebratory night which would have brought a great deal of business turned into us giving our business to another establishment that made us feel welcome. I have never had such a horrible experience. All of the other bars in the Covington area are so inviting. I will never be back to the Strasse Haus.
