It takes way too long to get an order taken through the drive thru at night. This is the 3rd time ive seen the line backed up at the order menu with no one in front of them, often taking 10+ minutes to move one car up. Im not sure if they need more staff or what. But between the absurd prices and the long wait its not even worth coming here anymore.

Long story short, they charged me and had a system failure so they didn't give me food or a refund and told me I had to come back another day. When I did come back they gave me a really hard time about it. Acted like they couldn't do anything at first. Even told me I had to come back the NEXT day. Never coming back here!!

Absolutely disrespectful. I pull up. I want to get something different than my usual. There were some new things on the menu so I was looking them over. I said it would be a second I wanted to look at the menu. She then keeps asking me every 35 seconds if I need help. I say there is no one behind me I just want to look it over longer. She said we are on a timer and I need you to order. What can I help with. I told her there is no one behind me. I haven’t even ordered yet. At this point I have been in line for less than 2 minutes I informed her this wasn’t my issue and let me look. She then asked again within 10 seconds. So I said I’m good I’ll go somewhere else apparently they don’t want my business. She responded thank you!!!

Do not stop here!! The staff is not friendly!! Asked about using the bathroom because the doors are locked and I’m an out of town driver and was asked did I place an order. Previously had stopped and ordered and still had an issue with using the bathroom. Food was cold and almost nonexistent. So stingy with the ingredients that you look like you’re just eating a flour tortilla.

This place is so bad I hate even picking up for dash orders they completely ignore you and will look at you standing there while they talk loudly with co workers about whatever they have going on in life and look you right in the eyes like yes I'm making you wait they couldn't care less these workers are just the worst of the worst

I just got two bean burritos from here that were so flat I could roll them lengthwise into a bean burrito roll up. Whoever made these is obviously using beans from their own pantry because they were stingy!
Food was cold. More cheese than meat,about ten little pieces of tomato lots of refried beans nachos were soft not crunchy. I had the Nachos Bell Grande ask for mild sauce they give me 🔥. Customer service at the drive thru is not the best.

Tyrant manager lady with red dyed hair has staff so scared they can't function. Rude as can be. Acts mad that you're there at all......sadly only fast food taco option in our area. Weird side note- after you pay she always has you drive back around the building for some reason. It makes absolutely no sense I've never seen that at a restaurant ever.
