I have ordered from this Taco Bell 50 times easily mainly because they normally get my order right. I order through the app so there is no confusion and yet This time they gave me one correct black bean taco and two beef. I realize this isn't a big deal to you but It's frustrating because I'm not able or don't have time to correct the order by going inside or back through the drive through every time so now I've wasted my money and time on 1/3 of a lunch. I'm not going to eat the other two I haven't eaten meat in years. Also am I supposed to check all 3 tacos at the window from now on? Do you realize It's virtually impossible to find food that's gluten free and vegetarian food much less fast food so it's this or chipotle. Thank you for helping me narrow down where to go.Vegetarian options: They will do one item correct and leave meat in the others like you aren't going to open and try to eat the food you ordered.Dietary restrictions: Little regard for allergies and get frustrated by substitutions even if they are dietary restrictions just go to chipotle I learned my lesson finally

I say the worst thing about this Taco Bell is that I could not give it six stars. I ordered in the drive-thru. The customer service there was phenomenal. They were very fast my order was spot on the lady at the cash register was very nice and polite and above all they made the best burrito that I've ever eaten at any Taco Bell and I was a supervisor at a Taco Bell. Keep up the great work 4th Street Covington

I ordered 3 items that came in north of 16 dollars. When i got home 2 of the 3 items were not even close to what i ordered. Will not return. The market is too tight to allow these kinds of slips.Had i called them, it could've probably been corrected, but then I'm going out of my way to get what i should have in the first place.

Extremely RUDE employees all the way to the manager! Lady working drive through was probably the worst customer service employee I've ever had the bad luck of experiencing. I called in to complain, asked for manager, got Toni. Told her that her employee and subordinate was going to drive away customers with her rude personality and I started to explain the situation, (wrong order of course), Toni says, AND I QUOTE: "Aight, hol up... I ain't gonna listen to you sir here and talk about my employee dat way". (To be clear, all I said was that her drive-thru employee was extremely rude and was going to drive away customers and that maybe she needed to be trained a little bit better on customer service. Nothing more nothing less. So either drive-thru girl was listening to Tony and mean mugging her at the same time I was on the phone with her and Tony is scared of drive-through girl, or.... Toni's a horrible manager and employee too!!! I mean are you serious Toni!? Like I said Toni, I'm going to find out who your manager is. I don't care if you hung up on me or not.

This place is a joke! I love Taco Bell but this location has the most incompetent employees ever. I have given it two chances and each time they are unable to take orders or give your order to someone else. I work in this industry, and I know it can be rough…. But the general lack of intelligence or motivation to be effective at all is just embarrassing as a corporation. Labor shortage keeps businesses desperate so nothing will change but God I wish it would.
