I got 2 lengua and 1 birria taco… The tacos were great and the quality of the meat was amazing! I would definitely go out of my way to come back here just for some tacos!

Take it or leave it, I’m not picky when it comes to Mexican food. Had the street corn and the first bite tasted putrid, had a few more bites and stopped. Ate all of the average at best chorizo burrito. Hours later I had food poisoning that went through the following day. Never eating here again.

If you’re looking to have authentic tacos and tamales, this is a must visit. I can’t believe it’s taken me living 2 years in NKY to find Taco Xpress! After living in Chicago for years, I’ve struggled to find fresh authentic tamales and they did not disappoint. Quesabirria tacos were hot, juicy, and just the right amount consommé to smother some rice in. The price for quality is spot on, the food is fresh and portions are generous. The outdoor seating was great and it was a peaceful dinner in quiet Peaselburg. Happy to support a local business and will be back again to try other options.
