When you pull in park on the right. Don't try to bypass and go behind the building. You're going to need to walk around back for receiving. The shipping is in front. Receiving doesn't open until 6/7a depending on the day and they were 15 mins late for me. My appointment time was 0600 according to my dispatch on LTL load. Don't try to come here for overnight parking. Don't try to come early. Bathroom available in receiving. I was in a dock and unloaded in an hour. But I also only had a small LTL drop. If you're not skilled at backing you're going to have a rough time. It is tight depending where they have trailers stacked. So good luck!

Very friendly place and shipping is professional. Don't turn left at shipping sign keep straight and park on side of the building then walk to shipping office, however they are very slow about loading not sure about unloading. But expect to be here for hours i guess 4.5 hrs is a safe bet. The reason why they are so slow is anyone guess. I guess they are not organized and need new managers Avoid if possible.

This company really harasses the drivers and plays with their valuable time by telling them go the truck we are gonna call you can no one calls until the next day and when it gets the next they say waiting for quality control, ththat’s the almost two days wasted there please don’t come here the front desk lady is very rude with angry face
