The vibes were electric the second we walked in, definitely the spot on a Saturday night. We sat at the bar and ordered food through the QR code and later grabbed a seat by the fire đ. Not my preferred way of ordering but it made perfect sense for the bar setting. The quesadilla was amazing and my husband got the wings, we shared the cornbread, the butter!! đ„ We had the sweetest little bartender help us, I didnât catch her name but she was cracking us up! Good vibes all around and worth checking out!

Not impressed....really came into this place expecting some really good BBQ and good service. Unfortunately, I didnt get either one. Walked in and didnt know if we needed to be seated or if we picked a seat. The bar tenders looked at us a few times but didnt help. Ordered food online off their menu since thats the only way to get food. The pulled pork was very salty. I can honestly say I VERY rarely turn down pulled pork but, this was one of those times. The coleslaw was very sour and wasn't good at all. The mac and cheese was very bland and was cold. The bread was very dry and I believe stale. The portions were small and id say the only thing that was decent on the plate was the pickles. I was very disappointed about the food and when I went to get a beer, standing at the bar isn't a sign if you want one, I guess. I got ignored and just gave up.

Iâve been coming to The Well for years and always enjoyed it, but this last visit was the worst customer service Iâve ever experienced. I mistakenly thought my husband had a tab open and tried to charge our drinks to it. Instead of simply allowing us a second to hand over our card, the bartender pulled the drinks away and asked us to leave. We werenât dodging paymentâwe were literally trying to resolve the issue. A normal mistake turned into an embarrassing scene. For a place weâve recommended countless times, this was a massive disappointment. Sadly, we wonât be back.

Loved this place! We stopped in based on a friendâs recommendation while staying at Hotel Covington, and weâre so glad we did. The atmosphere is fantasticâboth indoors and out. The interior has a cool, laid-back vibe, while the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying a relaxed evening.
The drinks were superbâcreative, well-balanced, and clearly crafted with care. The food was equally impressive, with every dish we tried being flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. Itâs the kind of place that gets everything right: ambiance, cocktails, and cuisine.
Whether youâre local or just visiting, The Well is definitely worth a stop. Weâll absolutely be back next time weâre in town.

Iâm not one to leave negative reviews; Iâm all for local businesses, but I genuinely believe that this one needs an organizational assessment in how they handle their patrons. I feel like this is a bar that is staffed with those who are EAGER to deny service or send people home.
My experience tonight was absolutely mishandled and disgusting. I was celebrating my friendâs birthday and we wanted to continue our celebration at The Well because we trusted it to be a welcoming environment and a good atmosphere. Contrastingly, as I trying to purchase drinks for my group and I, we ended up being escorted out because another inebriated patron tried to blame AND FIGHT me for taking their drink (it was just a high noon lmao) when it was clearly mine?!? Like, Iâm not going to crash out over a $4 beverage, Iâm genuinely just really disappointed in how this situation was handled in how they favored the instigating individual and decided to kick out my group and I, in which we were adhesive AND compliant enough to leave because we did not want to make the situation any worse than it really was.
