I was in Covington for work and had a serious sushi craving, so I stopped by Wabi Sabi—what a gem! I ordered the Hot Mama roll and the tuna & scallop sashimi, and both were incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The quality was top-notch, and it totally hit the spot.
