food good as always but our waitress billie was the rudest person i’ve ever met in customer service. No matter how much we tried to be kind she was relentlessly rude to us and made snarky remarks not only to us but all other employees infront of the whole store. we have all never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment before.

Waiting for a WAFFLE for almost an hour. Had to track down our waiter to get a WATER. This is horrible and unacceptable. The fact we had to pay for the food after all of this is unfair to us customers.

Very rude waiter told me and my brother that it doesn't take common since not to sit at a dirty table and we sat at the bar

Tink the waitress was the worst waitress I’ve had in all my days. Never brought silverware, creamer, bacon, sausage, 2 waffles, and 2 straws. We also had 4 people who ordered water and she only brought 3 waters and 1 straw. Then when she did bring the waffles, they were wrong. Took 20 minutes to give us a refill on water after asking 3 times. Didn’t ask if we wanted the bill separated and took 20 minutes to separate it while we waited. Tink wasn’t doing her job so another waitress had to come refill our water. My fiancé was so mad, she almost went into labor and she’s not even pregnant. Avoid this Waffle House and definitely the waitress Tink.

This was a terrible experience. First, we sat at our DIRTY table for 15 minutes before being acknowledged (there was only 1 other table in the place mind you). The server was rude and didn't bring our drinks until after we got our messed up food. And we had to hunt him down for silverware and our drinks. Then our food was wrong but they just ignored me. I can't believe I wasted my hard earned money here will not be returning!
