This is the nicest Wendy's I have ever been to. It is very clean. The service is great. The workers are so nice (morning shift). The food is hot and made correctly. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service this morning a manager or general manager I can’t remember what the girl the window said took my order and she was extremely peppy and energetic for the morning lol and I absolutely love that for her. Then the girl who took my card at the window was super super sweet and we were laughing together about coffee and being up so early in the morning and then the young gentleman that handed me my food out the window was also very very sweet and wished me a good Day. Amazing service 10 out of 10

Everytime I go here it’s never good. Food is always cold. BURGERS ARE COLD. you could tell they’ve been sitting. Nuggets are hard and cold. Fries look like they’ve been dumped in grease more than once. Just disgusting. And I always get the ice filled all the way to the rim of my drink. What’s the point of paying for more drink when they just fill the cup of with even more ice. The lady at the window always has an annoyed look on her face.and an attitude. Food is just thrown in bag. They put three biggie bags in one big bag piled high and passed it out the window. Your night crew really needs to do better. As a former Wendys manager this crew really needs to get it together. I’d rate zero stars if I could. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE FOOD.

I believe she was a manager. I ordered through the drive thru and this woman continuously talk unprofessionally to me. Copped an attitude when I informed her that she forgot one of my frostys. I've never posted a review on anything in my life till now. The way this woman talked to me was completely out of line and she has no business conversing with customers. I will be back tomorrow to ask for a regional manager.

They put way too much mayo even if you don’t ask for it or ask for light.

Despite their assurances that they will not implement surge pricing, Wendy's recent exploration of the idea has left a sour taste in the mouths of many loyal customers. While the fast food chain has since clarified that they have no plans to raise prices during high-demand times, the fact that they even considered such a practice is alarming and raises questions about their priorities.

For a company that has long been known for its affordability and convenience, the prospect of surge pricing is antithetical to its core values. It suggests a willingness to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, and a disregard for the impact that such practices can have on low-income communities and those on fixed incomes.

Ultimately, Wendy's decision to even consider surge pricing is a sign of a larger problem within the company. It speaks to a lack of understanding of their customer base and a failure to prioritize their needs and preferences. If Wendy's hopes to regain the trust of its customers, it will need to demonstrate a renewed commitment to its core values and a willingness to put the needs of its customers first.
