Went inside to eat place was absolutely empty and extremely dirty. No cars in drive thru. Workers are slow and very rude especially the manager. I walked out cause I felt like I needed a tetanus shot being in that nasty place! Worst White Castle I have ever been to. I won't be back!

I was charged on my debit card a higher amount and given the wrong order. They only tried to give me 50 cents back for the difference so they obviously did not do the math. I had to ask for my drink I was supposed to get. The man at the window was just so confused. Never again!!
Update. Service has gone down hill in recent months. Food is so so now. Usually cold and soggy. Unfortunate used to be outlier for Coving fast food 😕

Bought a sack of fries just for them to be underdone and underfilled. (Looks like a small) Bought a sack of onion chips just for them to be completely underdone and soggy. Sliders were perfect.

You should pretty much know what to expect when you go to White Castle. I haven’t been there in years, but I thought the slider I had was decent. I got the cheese slider and the double cheese slider. They make for a good little snack if you have the munchies. You definitely won’t beat the price!

They don't give you marinara sauce when you ask for it even if you ask for it very clearly. I get in the mood to have it with cheese sticks. And I say it very loud. 4X out of 5 they don't give it to you. Other than that, no complaints
