The staff at this Covington White Castle fully embraced their transformation into the Love Castle. And, they were detailed-oriented enough to see my note about my being Vegetarian and had Impossible sliders available for me. It was a late hour I think everybody was tired people working and the people getting themselves a late night snack quality is always good at White Castle good people you can't take nothing away from anybody that does a graveyard shift that's long grueling and at times and monotonous. That's in my hat to the people at work there that despite the attitude and the times the vocabulary they just kept doing what they supposed to do smiling and giving up good vibrations to all those that came by The gentleman that drive through he was especially likeable. Covington White Castle is a good place to eat me good people and enjoy the quiet days and the restless nights.

While often a longer wait than one might hope for "fast food", the food always seems freshly prepared! I'm also always pleasantly surprised at how nice the folks at the window are!
Corporate office needs to seriously look at this location. Had placed an online order ahead of time for a cheese crave case and to pick up at the drive thru. We I got there people was leaving the drive thru pulling out of a line of 3 to 4 cars ahead. When I got to the window they still didn't have our order done. The older guy had a cup he was drinking out of under the pop despenser. Waited 45 minutes at the drive thru window for an online order that was placed ahead of time!!! Got the food and it was Luke warm to cold!! This was totally unacceptable and will NOT visit this location again until there's a big improvement!

Food was great, well put together. But behind the line was quite disheveled, lobby was dirty and untended, bathrooms not maintained. Place appeared to have minimal staff, and could easily overhear bickering, though the younger staff that came to clock in seemed anxious to get to work. Person on the register was either new or needs some serious training.
Unfortunately my first time visiting and the wait was forever I waited 30 minutes just to order and 15 minutes just to get my food at the drive thru window

I just want to say this place needs shut down. The employees that work here get high in the parking lot. It’s very nasty, they could clean up but they are to busy getting high I guess!! I would be scared to eat here
