I’m from Cincy and live in Columbus. We were celebrating my best friends bday. When we got there, short staffed for such a small place. I’m married to an Execuuive Chef and I find that what I ordered could not have been worse. The chicken tenders were burnt, the French fries were as limp and cold. Even putting them in the air fryer could not save these pathetic fries. I see you have good reviews, however this experience was one that I will not be back to try again or recommend anyone to eat at your establishment. When your a small business you really need to serve food that it edible. Hopefully, you take this review to heart due to such a bad experience!

Typical Covington pub. Very good attention. Variety of drinks and excellent prices. I liked that they served me a drink in a glass glass (unlike their neighbors who only offered plastic glasses, the kind that you grab and your hand sinks in, how horrible!). I recommend!

We are from Louisville and on our way to Columbus Ohio decided to look around for a place to eat in Covington, KY. It's a small place, pub style. I wasn't expecting much from the food but wow was I surprised by the taste! The ordered Onion Rings to start and they were crunchy and perfectly cooked. The homemade sauce that is included is tangy and a bit spicy and amazing. We then ordered the Zola burger and the Caribbean burger. Both were delicious! We didn't wait long for service or the food. The server was very friendly. We will surely be back when in Covington, KY again.

Zolo Pub and Grill is located in the MainStrauss area of Covington, Ky. It's a small pub with a big personality. The bartender was super friendly and very attentive. The Motown burger was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. It's topped with BBQ sauce, onion rings, and cheese. The Saratoga Chips were fresh and well-seasoned. Try their unique Asian slaw. You can't go wrong. You can sit inside or outside. Has a full bar!

Like Moe stated 7 months ago, I'd also give ZERO stars if I could, but I'll settle for one. Me and 2 coworkers were at Up & Over. We ordered drinks, sat outside at a table. Within 5 minutes, a Zola server was upset over the fact that we purchased drinks from Up & Over next door, but we were sitting at an outside Zola table. Our bad, bro! My coworker, Derek, even offered to order a round of cocktails from Zola, but it didn’t matter, the drinks we had from Up & Over weren’t sold at Zola, so we couldn’t sit there. So you don’t want us to spend money at your establishment? Sorry there was NOTHING to distinguish the difference between tables. He should have been happy that we were sitting there because it made it look like Zola had customers. No wonder Uo & Over was busy AF and Zola closed up early. Little to no understanding of hospitality and how to be hospitable. Will NOT recommend. You don’t deserve to fly the America flag on your light post.

We have been eating ZOLA BURGERS for years. Our recent visit was incredible because of Desiree, the bartender. Bartenders on that strip usually lack personality, but Desiree was sweet, knowledgeable, and warm. There are dozens of pubs on the strip with glitter and brass, but we will come back to KY for our Zola burgers...and Desiree.
