We were in there yesterday and had to wait to be served while the manager (Guessing that's who he was) rearranged the ice cream tubs and talked to the server. Apparently he doesn't know serving customers comes first. We are local, and won't be back...ever.

We were looking for coffee driving through the area and loved that this place came up! We weren't planning on getting food but I'm glad we did. I had a fried egg sandwich and Stephen got a biscuit with gravy, both very tasty! They also had ice cream that we had never tried before... oatmeal cream pie (blue bell) dang... yummy! The most impressive part of our visit was the ladies working, they're so friendly and helpful and I wish we had anything like this place near us.

This place took me back to eating out Sunday breakfast with my grandfather as a child [I'm 50]. No frills, super nice people, and good food. Greasy spoon, the way it should be. GET OFF THE HIGHWAY AND EAT HERE.

Best onion rings I've had in a while. Service was great, we had a cheeseburger and a Philly cheese sandwich, and both were delicious. Kinda rustic atmosphere, newspaper clippings from old issues that detail the history of the area, that was really cool.

I had open face roast beef...mashed potatoes were Horrible...no salt no butter no milk in them...just instant potatoes and hot water..but they had a Horrible taste to them...gravy wasn't very good..I took half of the meal.. home for my dog
I go to the past time every time I'm in crab orchard. Real food and good service. A friendly place!

There's plenty of different foods to choose from. The food is always fantastic, hot and fresh! The staff is amazing! The atmosphere is friendly. It's literally a mom & pop restaurant that you would not regret!
My hamburger was good enjoyed it the only thing I didn't like about the place was when my onion rings was cooked they were either over cooked or the oil wasn't changed other than that it was good place friendly people , I rated it 3 because of my hamburger and tea it was good If I had of rated it on my onion rings ?
