I visited this Arby’s location yesterday. I ordered the chicken fingers combo and a roast beef sandwich. The fries were cold and chicken fingers were terrible. They were cold, hard and breading separated from the chicken. The chicken fingers were absolutely inedible.
I took them back to the counter and they offered to cook a fresh batch. My question is why would you give me old food? There was no one in the store. I spent $18 for old food! Not acceptable!

I don’t go inside of this restaurant a lot, but I do see that the parking lot never has even one piece of trash and it looks very nice, neat in the sign is always changed and looks well. More importantly, Rebecca I don’t know what title she holds. But she should be the manager. I say this because I own five companies myself, and I would poach Rebecca from you if I knew just a little bit more from her background because. She is empathetic And that is one lost art and managing because people that are supervisors or managers. Don’t realize that one if you’re kind to the customers, they’re gonna follow your lead if you’re kind to them as employees they’re going to wanna please you. You’re not gonna have to ask him to do things three times they’re just gonna do it because they respect you and they Want to make you happy. And that is how things are supposed to work when you come to the chain of command. And Rebecca, everybody, we are all human & that’s how we need to treat on another and we all make mistakes and you were here to keep my embarrassing mistake to ourselves, and that just shows What kind of person you are and wherever you are, the people around you are blessed. Thank you so much just for being kind to me and also being so efficient and knowledgeable. Arby’s, hold onto her tight because somebody is gonna be headhunting and they’re gonna take her right out of your restaurant. The food was good too thank you.

The employee was friendly, but the smokehouse brisket I ordered was so small, a classic sandwich would have been bigger. Very disappointing, I have had these at other restaurants and they have been very satisfactory, but extremely disappointed here.

Food has gone downhill and the woman who gave me my food said their was sauces in my bag and there wasn't.
Service sucked waiting 30 + mins for food meanwhile they took care of all the drive thru before people in restaurant. Not every nice people working

Always a pleasure to see a friendly face here. Sheila has worked there many many years. I was there at 17 or 18 years old. She trained me for my first "real" job ever. I'm 32 now, and its always a pleasure to see her time and time again. I can tell you this day what an impact she has on the other employees. Her and Patty were possibly 2 of the most influential people for me at that coming, just coming into the work force.
