The woman they had working this past Saturday (7/6) may have been the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my life. She looked visibly high and couldn't grasp any thing I said when asked what I wanted in my sundae. I repeated my simple request several times and she acted as if I were speaking Klingon. I gave up and left. I will not return.

This Dunkin needs a manager that knows how to run this business. Service is painful. Orders are slow and unorganized.
