We have been to this location countless times and typically have a very good experience. But recently we brought some family members from out of the country and it was unfortunately a let down. For a few reasons.We ordered the filet mignon prepared medium and received a well done sirloin. I hate sending things back but the “filet mignon” was flat and rubbery. So the waiter brought out one that was “medium well” and that was still overcooked but good enough. Still, the filet looked, tasted, and had the consistency of a sirloin. When I asked, the waiter if it was a filet, she said that their filet mignon and sirloin look the same at Bonefish grill. I have had both previously at this location, so I know that isn’t true. I can’t prove they served me a sirloin and tried to pass it as a filet, but I included photos and if you are a steak person, I think you would agree this “filet mignon” is suspiciously sub par.Additionally, the service was lacking. The waiter was nice enough, but we kept having to ask for more water, which never came. And the manager never came to check in on us. We were a small group that racked up a pretty hefty bill. So, I am surprised that the manager did not think to stop by our table.Our experience was not “bad” but was definitely disappointing. I would have preferred to speak with the manager rather than leave a 2/5 star review on google. But because I didn’t have that opportunity, I am leaving this review.

Came in for dinner and was greeted with a big smile by the hostess. Our server was Donnie and he did an amazing job. Quick, friendly service, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We ordered our favorite appetizer, the tuna poke bowl. For entrees, we had the Chilean sea bass and the carrribean cedar plank salmon. Both were perfectly cooked.Thanks Donnie for a great dinner experience!

(Similar to Carrabba's but no vinegar).I ordered a Dragon Fruit Margarita and the Caribbean Cedar Plank Salmon from their spring seasonal menu. The Salmon comes with a choice of two sides. I upgraded one of my sides to the roasted Brussel Sprouts.Parking: I arrived for an early dinner and there was plenty of parking. When I left the lot was filling up. There are two banks within walking distance, once they have closed extra parking would be available in either lot.

We’ve enjoyed Bonefish Grill for years but this last visit was quite disappointing. A couple of us got the Angler’s Catch which turned out to be a few mini-shrimp,a couple mini-fillets, limp fries, and a teaspoon of slaw… Long John Silver’s would’ve been just as good for half the price with quicker service. When we pointed out the ridiculous portion of slaw we were simply told that’s what’s included. Some restaurants like this one are beginning to flop — don’t waste your money.

We’ve been to Bonefish many times but tonight was so exceptional that I wanted to leave a review. Nathan was our server (may also be manager??) and he was absolutely the best ever.. very knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations were spot on. I had the beef filet and my husband had the cedar plank salmon. We had the 54.00 three course meal. Everything was perfect! But what made it even better was Nathan’s professionalism and kindness! We really enjoyed ourselves due to the delicious perfectly cooked food and Nathan! Thank you!

First time experience at the Bonefish Grill and being from Canada, we don't have this franchise there and I was very impressed with the menu selection. I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance as it gets very busy on the weekends. We didn't have a reservation, so we had to wait an hour for a table. We were able to find seats at the bar where we had a quick appetizer (Bang Bang Shrimp) and a few non-alcoholic beverages while we waited.We were seated an hour later, and I ordered the salmon winter special and it was by far the best Salmon I've ever had.I would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting from out of town to check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

Came here for our anniversary. I was very excited because my husband loves seafood and we had never been and it was my surprise for him. Anyways, here for anniversary and he ordered a michelob ultra. She got the first one right and on his second one she gave him a different beer. Then, we didn’t see her for like 15 minutes by then he drank it anyways. Then, I informed her the Brussels sprouts were very burnt and all she did was apologize. Not offer to replace them. The salads we ordered were very dry. Just all around very upsetting for a surprise anniversary dinner.
