This was a typical Burger King with the exception of the staff; they seemed less friendly, one got the food ready without gloves, the other used the same gloves for the cash register that they used with the food. I'm not sure why employees think it's ok to keep the same gloves on for everything they do...

Bathrooms are cold as hell and burger was only warm far from hot. And how in the hell can you be out of Dr Pepper? There is absolutely no excuse other than poor management. Manager should be replaced.

The drive through guy was like add tarter bbq sauce that’s everything when I tried to ask him to take off it he added mustard and I just gave up . Normally it’s good but I guess he was on something to just be like a jerk

Gave drive thru attendant 20 dollars cash told them take rest off of card. They pocketed the 20 dollars cash and took full amount off of card this is the one here in crescent springs

One of the workers that had braided hair, was a guy, and black skin toned, was staring at me and my family and made us very uncomfortable. As we were leaving I think I over heard him and some of his other coworkers talking about me and my family.

This is supposed to be a medium onion ring. Maybe 5 rings total. And they argued that I didn’t order a lg fry and I even showed them the receipt with the lg fry ordered. Need to train your employees on providing better customer service. This location is trash every time we have an issue.

We now live in a world where cash is accepted less then card, I went at 1:50 p.m (lunchtime) and they refused service because they couldn't break $100, I'll never stop here again.

Just some advice: When someone orders things to be take off like onion, follow it. I never have issues with this location. But, for some reason today wasn’t my day. I can’t have onion due to a stomach issue, by the time I got to work, and clocked in I had to throw everything away. Such a shame. Please do better. Yall weren’t even busy at all for mistakes to be happening.
