Chipotle Mexican Grill

I really appreciate you being open until 11 p.m. Especially since we were coming home from a long trip. It was 10:00 p.m. and an employee was slamming the chairs on the tables. As if to say go home. I don't know if he was angry but it seemed like he didn't want us there. You had a great crowd in line so business was good. Again thank you for being open. I

I have never been to a Chipotles, ended up there because I was with a large group.
Service was fast and friendly. The food was OK, but not great, well for the price. The food was kinda bland, not bad, but I would have liked a little more flavor.

By far the worst Chipotle we have ever unfortunately been too. The rice wasn't fully cooked and crunchy. The bowl sizes were very small and they were rude, snobby and completely indifferent when we asked about it. I asked for more in my bowl because it was so small (see the image I added, to show how small it was I moved everything over to the left side and you will see how much space there is).

We absolutely will never be back here, we recommend anyone reading this avoid this awful location.

They skimp on portions worse than any location I’ve been to, $40 for 2 people only to get less than half a burrito is BS!!!!

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. I intentionally avoid the Chipotle at all costs because it is horrible. Unfortunately, this evening I had to go because it was late. The scoop of chicken that the worker gave me was literally five pieces of chicken. I asked for more chicken and he picked up ONE Piece of chicken. I hate this place.

Huge Roach crawling on lobby floor. Employee States orkin has been there multiple times yet problems still exist. Location needs a thorough deep clean holes or cracks in wall need to be fixed to prevent bugs from entering

Couldn't order a quasadilla, wouldn't but beans on even a kid's quasadilla. Staff was standoffish and rude. Avoid this stop off 71 at all costs!

So apparently if you want a quesadilla you have to order it online and then I come to find out you can order a kids meal with a quesadilla in store, this doesn't make sense at all!! A quesadilla is a quesadilla! Your paying for it no matter what! Why put customers through the hassle on getting online to order just one of them and then turn around and say I can order a kids quesadilla meal?? 🤔 Y'all really need to turn on yalls brain
