Irene's Little Bar

Great little bar, great service, they have a pool table some bar games and touch tunes jukebox box. The wide selection on drinks is fantastic. And you have to try the pizza! 🍕

Parking: The parking is odd but tbh it’s all they have to work with in this location, there are parking spot and you enter in what would seem like the back of the bar.

Good little bar. Friendly, not very crowded. Was a bummer we wanted an Irish car bomb, but the bar tender said we would have to purchase everything separately.

Went in to use the bathroom but we stayed to have a beer and shoot some pool

It was the closest one I stayed at and I wanted something to drink. When I came in I asked for a beer, the owner was friendly, but I didn't finish drinking because she reeked of cigarettes. Inside there was a pool table, it looked fun, the only thing was the very strong smell of cigarettes.

Excellent staff, excellent bar. Safe and comfortable atmosphere, and you'll learn a lot of names and feel at home in a hurry. This is for sure the spot!

We have been patronizing Irene’s Little Bar for over 15 years now….until today. We attempted to enter with a service dog and was denied by someone named “Chris” who says he is the owner. If Chris knew any of Kentucky ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) laws, he should have known that it is AGAINST THE LAW to deny any service animal. He also asked for paperwork, which is also AGAINST THE LAW. According to the ADA, people with disabilities may bring their service animals to all "public accommodations," including stores, businesses, motels, restaurants, theaters, schools, and more. Kentucky law requires all public accommodations to allow people with disabilities who are accompanied by assistance dogs.
