I arrived at 8:00PM to find a note that said “closed. Be back in 20 minutes at 8:00”. Never returned. Two other people were waiting at the door. One had an order waiting for them, but they left along with another customer. It is now 8:12pm and still no sign of an employee. I even called their number to see if maybe they were in the back of the store but did not get an answer. Thankfully, there is another sub shop at the end of crescent springs road near Herzog Jewelers. It is now 8:14 and another customer just pulled up to read the sign on the door. So 3 other customers they have lost tonight. Average sale $9.00 each. $27 lost in only 14 minutes. It is now 8:16 and they have lost me as a customer so around $36 lost at this franchise tonight. 2404 crescent springs road.

have not been to a Jimmy John’s in a while, I’m not sure why after visiting this one. It was absolutely amazing! The staff was really friendly, and of course, they were seriously fast. The unwitch that I ordered, turned out excellent. I appreciate the fact that they do a lot when you’re not looking for bread. They don’t just slap it together. It really holds together well. All in all this was a great Jimmy John’s experience and will definitely return.

Bread dry hard old.hardly any turkey.and there is mold in ice machine gross.
Kid-friendliness: Parking is bad ,not enough room to get in and out if your in a big vehicle.

Been a regular customer but the last few times my sandwich has had straight up brown lettuce on it. The turkey has also tasted less than fresh. There’s absolutely no excuse for that. Lettuce is so cheap. It’s disgusting, lazy and cheap. Don’t go here.
