This little store literally has had everything we have looked for.
Great unique finds. Fresh produce.
Great deli w/many sandwich options
I have been a customer of Kramer’s Market since I moved into town, visiting occasionally with my service dog and sometimes without, this market is walking distance to my apartment and sometime just walking my dog I remember that I need something and I go there with her that’s is one of the reasons I don’t have her service vest with her all that time. Initially, there were no issues when I walk in with my dog when told that only service dogs were allow is when I showed the necessary documentation for my service dog.
However, a few weeks ago, during extremely hot weather (70+ degrees Fahrenheit), my service dog was not wearing her vest. When I entered the store, Tom the owner come up to me insisted that I leave the premises with my dog, I told him that she is a service dog and offers to show the documentation. He refused to acknowledge it and forced me to leave, I left my dog outside and just got what I needed.
On a subsequent visit, to avoid any problems entering the market, my dog’s vest was in my backpack, I completely forgot to put it on her when I entered the store I was distracted on my cell phone and Tom the owner came up to me and He then said, “We already had this conversation.” And told me to leave I took out the service vest and put it on my dog. He still claimed she was not a service dog I offered him to see the documentation and refused to see them. I explained that she must accompany me wherever I go, and I did not leave the premises this time. And we exchange some words inside the market After I finished my shopping and left the store, Tom followed me outside, and we exchanged insults. I want to clarify that the insults were mutual. And He was trying to provoking me to hit him he kept on saying for me to hit me, I just turn around and walk away.
I have an accent when I speak, and when Tom approached me I was speaking Spanish, so I think that’s the reason why out side he kept on calling me a foreigner.
I do not want this kind of treatment to happen to others who have service dogs. Sometimes we are just walking our dogs and remember to buy something, or due to extreme weather conditions, the health my service dog is prioritized, that’s the reason the service vest is not be worn. In such cases, the necessary documentation is kept readily available on our cell phones.
I want to emphasize that my complaint is not against the supermarket or its staff, who have always treated me with respect and kindness. My concern is specifically with Tom’s racial and discriminatory behavior towards me and my service dog.
Great small market. They have a lot to choose from with great small town service.
One of the best local markets in all of Northern Kentucky… and great breakfast sandwiches!!!
Awesome place with great service sorry everything is wonderful according to several of the shoppers!!
Really unique place to shop they have a variety of everything to choose from always clean and great produce
Love this store! Besides the quaint small KY town ambience, the absolute beauty of the produce and flowers, there’s also the internal beauty of the staff. I’m always treated with such welcoming friendliness and the clerks are always more than happy to answer any questions or to direct me to what I’m looking for or to suggest their favorite, which I love when they do. Having Bon-bonerie specialty items is ALWAYS a plus, you just can’t go wrong there. Although being a market (smaller than the Big Box) They have such a variety of items that you really can’t find just anywhere and when speaking of their homemade soups & such, not at all. I enjoy just looking around at their stock and have been inspired more than once, by one item catching my eye, now I’m on my cell looking for a recipe revolving around this new (to me) product. I find that to be a lot of fun… & as you could’ve guessed, my husband has the most fun of all! LOL… Kremers is one of those hidden gems, not very hidden I guess since so many people love it & go out of their way to go there. Oh wait! I almost forgot! Their deli food made fresh is always a treat! Breakfast and lunch; the Gotta,Getta, Geotta breakfast sandwich is absolutely worth pointing out. As well as their homemade soups, homemade dishes at the back deli, ETC. If you’ve not been, think about checking it out, you’ll definitely be glad that you did! Thank you, Kremer’s, a lot of memories in your quaint lil market.

A true gem!
My go-to destination for Derby Day.
Delicious Burgoo, Benedictine. Pimento spread. Fantastic selection of fresh produce and baked goods from BonBonerie and Blue Oven. They also carry the best corn chips in the world- Michigan made Fiesta!
If you go, tuck a few dollars in your pocket to tip the car hop helpers. Exceptional service. Keep up the great work.
Very good deli counter. Clean, well staffed,
The quality of their foods, especially everything in their deli, is ELITE! Love Kremer’s Market!!!
The salad bar was well stocked and very fresh, everything was well labeled. My lunch was delicious.
I went for the Ground beef. It look so good and fresh. I brought it home and was dividing it in sections to freeze. The center of it was brown. Someone added old beef in center. I guess it was to get rid of old meat. Our family will not come back. If it's fresh, it should not have brown meat in it. $10.99 lb. Beware. Check it before you leave.
