If I could rate each different shift I would. Breakfast here is ALWAYS good, accurate, and the employees are nice. I see the same people often and they do an amazing job. The second shift with lunch however is terrible. They often forget menu items or our food looks like it has been thrown and stomped on. I usually don’t care enough to leave a review but today I had an online order with plenty of time in advance to make it. The line was super long in the drive through with many cars having to park and wait. When I finally got my food everything was in rough shape. With how expensive fast food is becoming it’s a bit ridiculous that you are taking a gamble on your meal.

i made a doordash order like 15 min ago and i was missing a tea that i paided for please before handing food out check to make sure everything is in there before it arrives at peoples house.

We were on a trip heading south on I-71 in Kentucky and stopped at two different McDonald's. One was great, one was crappy, this was a crappy one. They had trouble filling our order of iced tea, were very slow, and while we were standing there several other people came back to try to get their orders corrected. Everything was extremely slow, and I think they attempted to ignore anyone who walked up to the front counter. Here's the thing about these McDonald's. They are very busy. They make a ton of money. Why not have two or three more people on the line everyday? Have a dedicated person at the front counter. They might like that kiosk but we hate it. This McDonald's does not have a self-serve drink station so you're going to wait in line if you just want a drink and you are going to wait if you want a refill. The only unusual and maybe good thing about this McDonald's is it still has its Playland, and also it's a right hand turn with traffic when exiting the property to get back to the freeway. That is also nice.

CUSTOMER BEWARE. Be prepared to wait thirty minutes or longer. Just to recieve to bag with missing items. And an incorrect order. I will purposely drive out of my way to avoid this location
