I ordered late at night. It was a mobile order I ordered it 15 minutes before getting there and I still have to wait I don't know the 5 minutes at the window. But the food is hot.

Apparently, they Cannot communicate what they do and do not have. Instead of letting you know that they don’t have something they’re just gonna put a random thing in there and hope you don’t notice it. Don’t go here if you have allergies, they might end up killing you. Food is almost never right and even if u pay for sauces they won’t give u them unless ur basically begging.

Food was just thrown into the bag. The sandwich thrown together, boxes dented, cheeseburger smashed at the bottom fries upside down. This is what I pay for?

I just had oral surgery yesterday evening. This morning I go to the drive-thru I try to order a yogurt parfait and the girl says to me at the drive-thru we haven't had them in over 8 years. After I order a coffee pull away I'm considering that I am losing my mind and that how did time pass by so quickly because I remember a year or two ago ordering them Non-Stop. Then I Google and look it up. It was June 2022 that they removed them Nationwide off McDonald's menu because they were too healthy of an option even though they were in high demand and called specific location to let the manager inform her a staff so other customers didn't feel like they were losing their minds when they may try to order yogurt and she said I'll make sure to let her know and hung up on me! "Great customer service" wonderful management and a wonderful way to start my day off!

Took forever to get food and I saw them let a random woman go serve herself when she said "she worked at another location" but didn't check credentials or anything and just let her back.

Only reason for 4 stars is some items were missed, BUT they were immediately tended to and handed over quite quickly. The lobby tender was also super cool. The fries weren't super fresh, bordering on room temp as well. Slow down, pay more attention to detail and you'll have it.
