I came in last night, everyone behind the counter was loud and standing around. other than a younger girl who I asked what her name was. "savannah" was the only one cleaning, I had never seen someone clean dining so in-depth before. I loved knowing I was in a clean environment, good job

As someone who visits several Panera Bread locations in the NKY/Cincy region location, the Buttermilk Pk is one location that's an extremely clean atmosphere & the service is great! Keep up the great work Panera Buttermilk Pk location 👏

Incorrect orders and spoiled food. I have frequented this Panera location often, and nearly 9 out of 10 times there is something wrong with my order. I now know to check before leaving the drive-thru so that I don't arrive home either missing an item or with the incorrect item. My salads are always looking and tasting dreary and drab, like they have less than a day left before expiring. I also went through the drive-thru on Friday October 18th at 11:30am. Macaroni and cheese was one of the items I ordered for my young daughter to have after school that day. I immediately put it in the refrigerator when I got home and warmed it up for her later that day. She ate nearly all of it but then told me that it tasted weird the entire time. I took a bite and instantly got a gross, sour, metallic taste in my mouth that lingered for a long time. She started complaining of a stomach ache that lasted all night. Your macaroni and cheese was spoiled and you served it to the public. I will be reporting you to the fda and health department.

If you drive by any Panera Bread and like “free drinks”, great discounts and rewards. This is the place. BUT Join the Sip Club is where all this extra love and joy comes from.
Baked fresh goodies, the salads are great and easy to customize in the app. Many times I get 30-50% off meals, deals and it is awesome. Great place to take a break, bathroom, clean hands. Enjoy the ambiance and not too many immature young people or disrespectful people come to them. They can go to Walmart and McDonalds and raise hell there. Only knocked off a few stars on service which is common everywhere but Chick Fil A they don’t smile or seem like they even socialize outside of Minecraft.

Vegetarian options: Too many to list, just stop in and feel happy.

Dietary restrictions: Almost anything but Gluten Free.

Parking: Plenty!

Wheelchair accessibility: Got it, no steps. Room to wheel up to table.

Online kiosk ordering is very cumbersome. It never prompted me to order a drink. Menu too big, Panera was better when they could concentrate on fewer items.

This was my first time going to a Panera Bread. I didn't know anything about the place, so I was expecting it to have more breakfast food, but that is on me for not learning more about it. It seems a bit expensive for what it is, and the food isn't the most delicious thing ever, so I probably won't be back. I would recommend this place for someone who likes soup and sandwiches.

No matter how soon I place my sipclub order, whether it be just a drink or a drink & breakfast, it's never ready when I go in for pick up.. 7 times out of 10 I have to ask for it & they look at me like I'm trying to pull some "gimme this for free" stuff. This location is way more convenient for me than the Crestview location but I never have these problems from Crestview, so from now on I'll be going out of my way for a location that can fill my simple drink order without me stuck standing around not being acknowledgedThanks for nothing ?

have placed a few online orders now, I should known better at this point. Not once have I received a correct order, there is always something missing or just plain wrong like they don’t read the actual orders.
