Decent Panera! The past two visits of mine, however, were a bit disappointing. Both times, my Broccoli Cheddar soup was very significantly watered down and not very flavorful. It was a bummer because Panera isn’t super cheap and it is how I like to treat myself on a day where I need a pick-me-up, but both times I left feeling like I’d wasted my money. :(
However, the staff here is always nice and friendly, and the building/atmosphere is great! It still feels cozy, like a Panera, but also is a more modern and updated design. It’s a nice place, but I do hope they are able to fix whatever is happening with the soup!

I don't understand how the short haired manager is still manger. She's mean rude and just isn't welcoming towards customers. I was so happy to come here until I saw her. She always seems put out to help anyone and is just condescending.

I walked in with a good friend and she happens to be black and she noticed before I did how the few people working were staring at her a few months ago so we left! A horrible way to run a business 😔 And I made the mistake of going again this week to order some breakfast sandwiches and they were so dry and tasteless that no one could even finish eating! I don't eat pork so I ordered egg sandwich on chibatta and the bread was so hard and tasted old and the egg was so thin that you could hardly see it let alone taste it. I've loved other locations but the Panera in crescent springs isn't worth the money or time.

One of the nicest Paneras I've been to! It’s very quiet and peaceful. My friends and I look forward to meeting here to study every week. I love all the windows and the natural lighting. The servers are always so cheerful and kind. The menu is really personalized for the customers. I chose to get avocado toast on a different bread with an egg white, and they were totally fine with that. I would definitely recommend checking this place out to my friends.

It was the hottest morning kentucky had ever seen. Me and my boys—stuck on a run. No water. Parched lips. We could barely speak. Happened to be passing this lovely spot and with out last sliver of hope, begged the manager for just a cup of water. Immediately our request was granted and we were give not one but THREE cups of water. Best water ever. 10/10 would recommend.

Rotten, unripe avocado on the salad.
Older blonde woman w white wedding ring. Obnoxiously disrespectful. Patronizing tone and dismissive.
I go to this panera 3 times a week, just for the convenience definitely not for the hospitality..So on average I spend on average 250 a month at this location. Yesterday I was short 1 penny on my order 1 penny and all I had was 2 fifties and a hundred these people would not let me slide for a penny. This lady looks at me and says do you expect me to pay for your lunch. Seriously will never spend another penny at this location. I get nothing is free but a penny. Quality of food is awful anyways the only thing that I really enjoyed was the ice tea.

Panera, as always is top tier. I'm very busy during the day and I don't want to think about lunch so I go here so I don't have to. They get it right every time. That's all I can ask for.

Management is rude. The general manager Andrea is surprisingly unpleasant to deal with. Had to call corperate to get my situation remedied. Will not be returning to this location.

This Panera is great,in a good location & the bread is always fresh but the problem is..... if you plan to get anything with a bread bowl, you might want to get there around noon cause by 3:30pm they have none available. This was very disappointing to me considering it happened 2 times in 1 week. It was dinner time & they was out of bread bowls 2 times. Ended up driving to the Dixie highway location. This location needs to step it up. 2 times In a week is just ridiculous & at dinner time at that!!
