Penn Station East Coast Subs

The only reason I am giving one star is so I can comment…. This will be the absolute last time I eat Pen Station! My Steak sandwich was sooooo greasy that I couldn’t eat it! It’s a shame makes me sick to think about it 👎🏻

This location needs proper management and the staff needs training. I ordered a cheesesteak, a chicken cesar wrap and a fries. Nobody knew how to make the Cesar wrap so when I arrived home, I noticed that the wrap was just chicken and Cesar dressing in a wrap. The cheesesteak was not good and the fries were a cup of small bits from the bottom of the tray. While there, after my order was cooked, I observed one employee with gloves on cooking and scratching his bare legs. Another employee began preparing/cooking the fries, without gloves on. As he was packaging fries, this employee was standing over the fries, scratching his forehead that appeared to have some kind of rash as his forehead appeared to be irritated and flaky. Sticky tables, drink station was not clean, and staff was there for social time as they couldn’t care less. Much improvement needed.

i’m one of those people who just doesn’t like cheese and i understand it’s a little uncommon but when i ask for no cheese on my cheese steak just respect that and please make urge right food for the next time person because i’m more understanding and will just pick the cheese off others aren’t

I visited this Penn Station this evening. The young kid that was cooking my food this evening did a great job as the food and his service was great. What I don’t like was that I witnessed an older man employee yelling at the younger kid employees. I thought this was very unprofessional as there were many customers that witnessed this. He then proceeds to walk out comes back 20 mins later grabs a cup off the counter as I was walking out, I witnessed him walk into the bar next door. I felt bad for the employees in the store as it was busy and needed help but the older man employee didn’t seem to care.

This place used to be great 10 years ago, 4 years ago they sucked so bad that they were up to 2 strikes! This visit was great! The teen taking the order was very nice, and accomodating for the special order. The fries, sandwiches and service were great! The atmosphere, well there wasn't any. The place desperately needs a remodel, and it didn't feel dirty, but on the same hand it didn't feel like more than the absolute necessity was done for cleaning. I will go back, take care of the team you have! They made us want to go back. Pricing wise... like everything else almost $25 a person with drinks.

Parking: Parking here is typically available, thanks to a huge parking lot for this stripmall, with a bar/rest. right next door, as well as Dominos Pizza.

I order from this store on Uber eats every other day for lunch b/c I work nearby and don’t get a break to pick it up myself, this is the 2nd time I received my sandwich that comes with mayonnaise & honey mustard and my sandwich has neither. Won’t be ordering from this location anymore

So...I dash part time..and I don't know if others have experienced this..but I came into to this particular location between 7:15pm-7:35pm May 25th, 2024...I don't have the receipt of the exact time for my customer's order. But it was definitely that time period. Run the cameras. I was polite and waited for the two young guys to acknowledge me. They were laughing and clearly saw me, ignored me, guy with dark hair, dark glasses, almost shoulder length was facing me, went and got a drink, still ignored me, started coughing and laughing, and proceeded to walk in the back.. the guy with brown hair, curly, and faded in the back, had his back toe and finally turned to dark hair, dark glasses guy smirked and continued to ignore me..the older gentleman going bald, looked to see what they were laughing about, looked at me and smirked, and finally came to me and said dasher...I politely said thank you, and thought **wow...this was blatant disrespect..like wow....where did you folks get your customer service,and poor character from??***..all I was trying to do was do my job. And you do yours.... Run back the tape if you have cameras at the store. That was not a great service. And see how there was no acknowledgment or respect.

This place does not know how to do customer service. Once I was put on hold and and literally not taken off hold. So I drove to the location while being on hold to find them all hanging out and when I showed them I was still on hold they were like "oh my bad. " Today we decided to give them another chance. Never again! I called and the number kept just ringing. So I once again kept calling and drove there. When I came in there were no customers and the phone wasnt ringing. So I told the manager that the phone is not working. She replied with "yea I know I took it off the hook because we were backed up...." Really! This place has been lacking customer service for awhile. Never again!

I love this store, but the guy tonight was rude, cursing and throwing stuff. I NEVER leave a bad review. But this was ridiculous! He sneezed on our food, and acted like no one saw. The young lady did remake our food, thank you for that. The guy who made our food the first time should not be working there. He's going to drive away all your customers!!
