Hi there I'm used to crappy service at Taco Bell but this definitely was the worst experience yet. Thanks for solidifying that your service is the worst. I ordered the Meximelt and got this soggy bag of garbage. This definitely wasn't 80s quality. Never again.

workers were clearly insanely high, messing up in-person orders because they were so stoned. i watched one handle cash/coins with gloves on then immediately go back to making food. my burrito was literally the size of my thumb. i was so disgusted i didn’t even eat it. whole place is a nightmare and not even a real restaurant, pretty sure it’s a front for something.

There was only 2 people there working so it shouldnt have been hard. I hand him cash, and my card and told him to take the rest of my total from my card after the cash. He brings me the cash back and says the card covered it all, which I don't know how one makes the decision on how to take my funds. When I was ordering , he didn't even enter my order in I had to repeat it over and over again. My food wasn't even made correctly and I was the only one there.

I used to be a pretty good Taco Bell customer. But they won't take your order at the counter anymore so I'm an ex customer . I'm not ordering off a screen.
The last 3 times I’ve been there, everyone has been sitting out on the curb smoking and when you try to order they say “sorry we are out of food”…. Needs shut down honestly.

At Crescent Springs they need to put chicken in their Chicken Power Bowl. Erlanger has a nice one.
