Every single time I have been here in the past 3 years there has been huge chunks of plastic in my smoothie. If it was just one time I would write it off as a mistake but it is every single time I get a smoothie. This is extremely dangerous. The establishment should really take a look at what is causing this issue and fix it or just shut down for the safety of the customers.

Incredible staff that is considerate, thoughtful, and takes the time to get to know their regulars. I can’t express in enough words how acknowledged and “seen” I feel when I enter the establishment.

Love having a plant-based menu option with a solid app I can order easily on the way to and from work. Order has always been 100% accurate and service quick!

Vegetarian options: Plant-based chicken substitute for any of the chicken entrees. Thai chicken wrap with maple sweet potatoes is the only fully vegan option

Best place in town to grab a bite to eat! The kids, love it even my picky eaters! The staff is always friendly and always makes something the way I like it even if it’s not on the menu.

Today was my first visit to the Crescent Springs Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I received fast and friendly service. I used the mobile app to order a Sunrise Sunset for my daughter and an Island Punch for myself (just before it leaves the menu for the season!), and they were both fantastic. The added vitamin B12 boost gave us both the extra energy we needed, plus the nutrients helped fuel my daughter properly during a migraine flare up. I’m so grateful for the close location, speedy service, and kindness from the staff. You made a difference! I’ll be returning soon. ?
