Waiting for someone to seat us for 45 min there was like 2 people in the whole place. Will never be back. They will ignore you when they don't want to work
Stopped in with a friend for lunch. As soon as we got inside I could smell a faint sewer smell. As we walked back to the table I noticed the worn out and dirty carpet and walls. I sat down and the table was sticky. Everything felt covered in layers of grease buildup. We should have left then but decided to proceed with ordering. Waitress and food were average. During the meal I killed an ant on the table, then the window sill, then the third ant was on the booth seat ready to crawl on my leg. I had to leave. This place is very tired and worn. It needs to close and do a major renovation. The waitress apologized and said she would tell the manager who we never saw. We paid our bill and left never to return!
Beer was cold and food hot. Can't ask for more.
They never have enough employees. There is at least a 10 minute even when they are at 10%capacity. I would expect this place to permanently close soon.
Food was good, waitress (Lisa) was wonderful, the restaurant was DIRTY. Sticky floors, tables, chairs, doors... just visibly dirty, wore out and run down. The attached photos are just from the view infront of our table.
Oh where do I even begin. We arrived around 9pm on a Monday night with no other customers in sight. It smelled so bad when we walked in. It took a good 10 mins just to get our drinks. My daughter wanted crayons to color on the coloring menu they give for kids but was told there wasn't any. I got water and my kids ordered strawberry lemonade. It was veryyyyyy watered down. It tasted like water with strawberry puree. They werent willing to fix it and offered something else. They got Pepsi. We go on to order our food and it takes another 15 mins just to get the salads that come with our entree. Once our entree arrives me and my son notice both our sides of mashed potatoes are missing PLUS my daughters side of cheese sticks! She offers to still make them so we agree. There goes another 20 minutes and she only brings 1 side of mashed potatoes when it was supposed to be two!!!! We both ordered steak and wanted A1 sauce and they said they were out of that also so we go on to order dessert.....there goes another 20 minutes with the most pathetic dinkiest scoop of ice cream... Im surprised they are still in buisness. My kids get free kids meal coupons from school and that's the only reason we even go. I wont ever come back here again and my kids said the same thing. I dont care how many coupons they earn. I'd rather chew my big toe off. Go somewhere else!!!!

It was all around a bad experience.
There was a funky odor in the restaurant.
Upon being seated, we waited and waited. The manager finally took our order after berating our server not even 5 feet behind us. Then the same manager proceeds to hide behind the bar and only tend to those sitting at the bar. The poor server was all by herself on a Friday night, never once did I see the manager step up to help her. But I did witness her yelling at her multiple times across the room.
The food was awful- spinach dip was ice cold, my breadstick was so rock hard I sent it back but finished my meal by the time I ever saw a fresh breadstick. We also ordered a shark bowl drink and didn’t receive it until we were finished with our food, due to miscommunication between the manager and server again. The drink was bad quality, extremely watered down. For all our troubles we got a whopping 10% off the bill which ended up being a discount of $4. Needless to say I think corporate should be making a visit to this store asap.

Really unfortunate how this one's great restaurant chain has declined. Our service was reasonable but I think they use an air fryer for the chicken. My 213-year-olds were very excited about the new chicken bacon sandwich. It was so bad, neither could finish it.
Goodbye Applebee's chain. It was nice knowing you.
I'm pretty sure the inmates are running the asylum here. Super weird vibe. We basically got chased away because they claimed their system wasn't working ..but it was clear their credit card reader was. Do people not remember how to function without technology? Y'all know you can write orders down on little pieces of paper and then take them back to the kitchen? Just like our ancestors used to. Also the place was grimy and stinky like it hasn't seen a regional manager visit in about 7 years. If you're looking for a good place to eat, do what we did and go around the corner to The Pub.

Went here for my daughters birthday. First off you couldn't even see in the parking lot. None of the lights were working. My meal came and was so disgusting that I just ate the rice. Should have took a picture but didn't. I got the lime fiesta chicken. They literally just threw a bunch of unmelted shredded cheese on it. So nasty. We will not be back at this location.

No service...tables not cleaned off...no one came to seat us....waited at check in counter for over 15 minutes. Looked like only one employee on duty behind the bar.
