Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waitress was to busy talking to friends to wait on me . I got mush and onion burger fries. Mom got burger and mashed potatoes. No napkins and no silverware. Took forever to get it. Service left much to be desired. Wont go back.

You have a nice staff here, and I feel bad for them. You know if a franchisee had portable air conditioners like this in their store that you would make them fix it immediately. Especially since this has been going on most of the year and now it's 95° outside. These portable air conditioners can't keep up with the square footage and the smell confirms it. You guys know the building needs a complete overall, actually a complete tear down and start over would probably be the best bet. The building has seen way better days. Number one Applebee's in the country at one point if I'm not mistaken. Sadly I'm pretty sure it's the same carpeting and fixtures when this was number one 20+years ago. You guys got to do better than this, it's kind of sad.

No air conditioning, only two servers working and one was brand new. Couldn't have been more than one or two people in the kitchen when I looked back there! I don't know how they're still open!!

While the food and service was good there was a really bad smell, almost like sewage and when the server was asked what it was she said she didn't know.

Definitely disappointed but I ate the food. It took 30 minutes to get the waters we asked for. Had to remind her about the margaritas we ordered. Didn't get the right drink but it was still good. After 47 minutes we got out pasta and boneless chicken. Hardly room temperature and neither of us finished it. The waitress was nice and she had a lot of tables so I didn't want to complain but the food and service weren't great. I've now been sitting at the table since 6:09 pm and it's 6:24 pm waiting on her to bring my card back so I can leave. I'm glad I didn't have to cook and clean up but it probably would have been better to do that.

This place is beyond embarrassing. I have tried to go several times, but we never learn our lesson…. The last time the hostess was drugged out of her mind and took us 10 minutes to seat after walking around in circles which seemed like forever telling us nonsense stories while no one was there and then the food was just awful….

Food was subpar. Nachos were disgusting and seemed as if they had been sitting for 30+ minutes. Took us forever to get drinks, check, and asked for crayons for our child to color we never got them. Restaurant was awfully dirty gnats everywhere flying around you the whole time we were trying to eat. The AC was out so they should not have even been open as it was 95+ degrees in there. Disgusting and will never go back.

Felt like I was eating in a sauna and then trying to play ninja trying to eat around seemed like 20 nats. Got the tea and it tasted rotten. Looked like the wings had been sitting out since they opened. Yeah I most likely will not be coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went on 12/24/2024. I understand this is a day before a holiday, but the services was just bad. We ordered a drink and were told after we had been waiting for 20 minutes that they couldn’t make it because they were out of the glasses they needed. It’s a cup, just put the drink into a different cup. Then when it came to the food it was even worse. We waited close for 40 minutes and when the food came out it was cold and had clearly been sitting out in the back for quite a while. We didn’t get our soups until the main meals came out, and at that point we just told them to take it back. There was no effort made to make up for the poor service not as much as a sorry.

Please do yourself a favor and eat at a different restaurant.
