Edit: District manager and people who are in charge of these locations actually care about what’s going on and have reached out since this incident occurred. However, this still happened lol. I’ve ordered from here twice since on doordash bc the food is literally crack. So good.
The staff here ruins this place. I’m a frequent flyer at this location and always take my items to go. I don’t usually care about the poor attitude of the workers bc like I said I’m just trying to get in get my food and go. Yesterday at 4pm my husband went in to get a to go order and was met with a rude girl working the counter (same girl who is always not very kind to me when I go in but usually I don’t care bc like I said I’m just trying to get my food to go) They didn’t have any of the quick chick containers out so he was asking the girl if he could order one to go and was met with “we aren’t doing that today” confused, he continued to ask more questions like: “well how long would it take to get a to go order” And he was met with the same “sorry we’re not doing that today” So my husband responded with “you’re not taking to go orders” and again she said “we’re not doing that today” ….
My husband never comes to eat here nor does he really like chicken salad so he doesn’t know the menu and doesn’t really know how things work. So he leaves With my daughter who is with him and calls me confused saying he was going to file a complaint because of how weird the interaction was.
I called up there 10 minutes later and asked a place to go and was with a Friendly “yeah sure what can I get for you” When I explain the situation to the girl on the phone, my husband was just up there and was told multiple times that they weren’t taking to go orders I heard her ask the girl that’s working the counter on the phone “did you just tell a man we aren’t taking to go orders” and the girl was like “nooooo I didn’t say that”
I went up there myself and placed to go order in person shortly after and The girl working the counter confused Like she had no idea what I was talking about meanwhile, I just called up there….
I hope the owners get this place under control. The staff is ruining the food. This place is ran by literal children. They need an adult To help supervise them obviously And teach them how to give customer service.
If you want, chicken salad, chick go to Ohio all the locations are there. This place sucks.

This place would be nice if you could order online after 6pm. Tried to place a mobile order three days in a row after 6 and there were no items available to order. Changed the location and other locations had all items available. I tried calling for over an hour all three days and no one would answer. They’re only open a short amount of time, closing at 8pm so it’s ridiculous they turn off online ordering so early. Can’t rate the food because I wasn’t able to order.

Super cute place! Quite a few interesting options for types of chicken salad. It was a little pricey for the amount of food I received, but it was a nice restaurant to visit, for lunch, while on vacation.

I literally don't get it. Ordered 2 soups and egg salad to go. They bagged it up and just left it sit there. 3 people Ordered their food. I'm the only one sitting there. Im looking at my food they would not hand it to me I had to ask them. Is this a tipping thing. If that's the case get a different job. Like what is actually happening here.

I tried to take this review to your contact us page, but I didn’t find one on your web site. I ordered a salad with a scoop of chicken salad for lunch. The portions for both were very generous for the price. My issue is that 25% of the lettuce was had brown spots. I have had this issue at other fast casual restaurants when carrying out. It is impossible not to notice your lettuce isn’t fresh.

Never come here at 7:30 1/2 hour before closing. Half of the dining room is closed down and all the tea containers have been pulled. This is the 3rd time we have got here at 7:30 and service is horrible. Tonight they didn't even complete or order with a cookie and a pickle spear that comes with the order. Also Manager locked the doors at 7:45 and as we were trying to complete our meal they were pulling tables around us and sweeping. The sandwiches we received were on heels of bread. Very bad service.
It doesn’t let you order the chicki melt online or on any third party app. It says error because it wants you to chose a bread but there is no where to do so because it comes with the croissant. Can you please fix itEdit. They fixed it

They “forgot” the bacon on the BLT. The chicken salad was OK. The bread was the butt of the loaf and well you can see from the pic the Mac and cheese is more like Mac Soup.

Great chicken salad with a nice variety. This restaurant has salads prepared to just grab and go. Sometimes, sold out but nice you can order it freshly prepared and ready in minutes.
