Earlier this week I ordered an “Everybody's” for my family, this morning I found a colored (dyed) hair in the ice cream. No one in my family, or even in my home, has dyed hair like this.

I visited Cold Stone today and was greeted by the nicest people. I found out it was a father/daughter and they were so helpful to me and my wife on our first visit to Cold Stone. We tried a few samples and decided to get a malt. This was a great experience and the malt was very good.

I am disgusted by the store owner’s actions towards his employee today. After the girl checked me out, apparently it didn’t go through after approving my card. He then starts yelling at his employee asking, “Did you get her card? It’s a simple yes or no”. I don’t blame her for being confused because I was too. It went through so this was clearly a system malfunction. He then tells me he’s going to just give it to me for free after me saying I will do my card again. After saying this, he begins screaming at her that “WE CAN’T JUST BE GIVING OUT FREE ICE CREAM”. He berated this poor girl in front of multiple customers when this was a discussion that should’ve been private and did not need to escalate to the level he escalated it to. Kudos to her for remaining calm and peaceful because if I was EVER spoken to that way by a manager, I would walk out and quit. This man has anger issues and needs management training. I hope this was a one time thing but the way he was so comfortable doing it tells me they deal with this daily. Ever heard of praise in public, criticize in private?

We absolutely love this Coldstone! Ken and Jenna are the sweetest people and their team is top notch. We had Jenna and her team bring Coldstone to our wedding at The Madison. They brought the slab and everything and it was our guests’ favorite feature of the night. Jenna was so helpful in the planning process and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. We visit this location exclusively now, even though it’s a further drive from our house. We love stopping by and saying hi. They are the best!! Highly recommend using them for any event. Super affordable and easy to work with!🤍

Used Ken Sharp (store owner) and his team to cater my daughter’s wedding on 8/31. It was AMAZING! No one wanted the cupcakes that came from a local upscale bakery; instead, we had a continuous line of people to get ice cream mixed on their portable stone. In fact, at the beginning of my husband’s speech, he mentioned we would have Cold Stone there, and everyone cheered!! Ken, Jenna, Luis and Nick made for a great catering experience and all the guests just loved them! Very professional service and beautiful set up! Thank you Ken and team! You made a great day even better! 🙂
