Excellent management. Alex was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with my visit. The host on duty Shelley went the extra mile with her friendliness and professionalism. These two individuals were outstanding and represent the business very well. Food is always top notch as well at the Crestview Hills location.

French toast is good but the only crappy part is how small the restaurant is. I am claustrophobic and the amount of people and waiting to get seated is ridiculous! Make more chains!
Love going to First Watch for breakfast, that's my favorite thing to order there. Omelettes, pancakes, biscuit/gravy, everything they have is delicious. I always look forward to their Seasonal Menu and almost always order something from it.
Parking: Parking is sometimes hard only because it's always so busy and packed with customers.

I ordered the cinnamon chip pancakes and the seasoned potatoes. There was plenty of cinnamon chips and I could taste the cinnamon but the pancake was very dry and thin. Also, the potatoes were dry the texture was weird, possibly because they were cut too big.
