Staying at the Renaissance, this is right across the street. Went on consecutive days for lunch and both were hit out of the park. The chicken pad thai I had on the second day might have just been the best I've ever had. Service was great, food was great, location was great.

Went here with my colleagues last Thursday, Savannah was our server. She seemed careless when she took our order, and never refilled our drinks. We asked for soy sauce, and never got it. Luckily, we asked the other server on duty and she was nice enough to apologize on behalf of Savannah, and she refilled our drinks.

When it came time for the bill, she stared at us while we tipped; I was disgusted.

The food was great, but she did mess up our order. We were in a hurry, and at that point we just ate what we were given. We were given pho when I ordered one of the curry’s. Atleast the pho was very good.

I don’t think I will be coming back here due to the horrible customer service.

The fried rice we had is very good. Our mistake was not asking for gluten-free. A member of my family found out 12 years ago that he was gluten intolerant, and so is his son. I suggested Bragg's Amino Acids to an Asian restaurant in Colorado where we lived as it is not soy based. Soy sauce is fermented wheat and within 30 minutes after eating the delicious food, they were both very sick.
It was our fault to forget, not ask for no hot sauce, and be okay. Gluten problems are becoming a greater problem in the USA. Winter wheat is now grown shorter and thicker Gluten on the seeds. Bragg's Aminos is in grocery stores and tastes like soy sauce, but has no wheat. We would co.e back and just ask, No soy or wheat. GF is now offered in lots of places.

This is a great place to enjoy the food and air conditioning before events downtown or Reds games. It’s walking distance from both stadiums and close to the streetcar line. Food was delicious and the Thai iced tea was fantastic. Recommend the ginger salad, spring rolls, avocado cucumber rolls and the Pad see ew. We had great service.

The food here is amazing! I got the panang curry (hot) with tofu, and it was divine. We ordered the crab rangoon to share and they were scrumptious. Our server was top notch and super attentive! Definitely coming back.
