Moe's Southwest Grill

I enjoy this place for lunch some work days. For the most part, there is consistency across the food and service and I will of course be back

Food is great. Similar to Chipotle, but way better. Plus they have great queso and great hot sauce.

I've been to a few Moe's, this one is by far the best. The food is always on-point, and the restaurant is consistently clean.

My only complaint is that the music is kept too loud. It's never been an uncomfortable level, they just don't play a wide variety of music so it gets annoying.

The lady scooping food gets mad when you ask for more rice.Then wants to put a little bit more. The food is great but I need to get what I pay and ask for.

I'm really disappointed for the simple fact that you took my burrito put it in the bag with my chips and salsa and napkins I thought that the burrito come in a separate bag then the chips and salsa but no someone there put everything together even the napkins that's just so disgusting to me. Never ordering again last time I didn't do a review but my burrito wasn't right so I just see that y'all don't care there

food is pretty decent. we were excited to be near a Moe's, as we had had before and liked it came in about 20 after 8. the people were nice, but salsa bar already half torn down. the part that ruined it is them mopping the floors while we were still eating, which normally isn't a big deal. this time, however I think it was 50% lemon pledge, ruined my appetite, my wife's, and frankly the whole meal.

We were visiting Ky and got an order here. It was the worst meal I have had for a long time. I think the bowl may have been good without the steak. The steak in the tacos and bowl was absolutely inedible rubber garbage. I spent way too much money and had to throw It away

Service

Food is good.

Not a place you want to pick up food at. Even if they are slow no one helps you. As I place my order and show up 2 waiters have ignored me and it’s going 10 mins past my time I was told.

Better than Chipotle in my humble opinion. They include chips with the meal, and the people that work there are always friendly. They got bacon you can put on anything! Which they were open later, and it always looks closed when the sun goes down.

This is one of my favorite Taco places, along with Chipotle and Taco Bell. For this Taco restaurant, it tastes very similar to Chipotle, but the good thing is that unlike Chipotle, they don't charge you extra for chips and salsa and they have a iconic thing where on Mondays called Moe Mondays, you get burritos and a burrito bowl at a cheaper price for discounts which is a good thing. for me I love this restaurant, it's definitely like Chipotle but cheaper with discounts and coupons.

AMAZING experience!!! Loved every moment!!! Will be a staple in my life forever!!!
