There were only a few small pieces of meat on the steak hoagie, not even close to covering the bread. Both had onions but I ordered one with no onions. Minimal if any cheese. So I paid $15.69 each for bread. The salad had iceberg lettuce instead of romaine and wasn't fresh. Panera has really gone downhill. I will never order there again.

The cooks, preparing the food are excellent!! The assistant manager with the braid, excellent service!! The woman that took our order, Amelie, is rude. Condescending and doesn’t speak. She saw our group, and came up, and just stood there. No hello, no greeting or smile. It was awkward. And this isn’t the first time she’s acted like this. Someone teach the young kids how customer service works! It isn’t JUST taking an order. It’s being polite, friendly and welcoming.

Baguettes were stake and cold. Bread on Chipotle chicken sandwich wasn't good either. The cashier was very friendly though and helpful. Bathrooms and eating area needed to be cleaned, but that is probably just messy customers.

Janelle has the most pleasant customer service skills!! She is great w big lines! Handles with ease grace and friendliness Thanks Janelle (sp)? for another great experience!! You are terrific
We stopped in for lunch after visiting a friend at St E. I got the bacon turkey bravo and Mac n Cheese. My husband got the Ciabatta cheesesteak. There was hardly any meat on either of the sandwiches. For the prices they charge- $12-$14 per sandwich there should be a ton more meat on them. Won't eat here again, we'll go to Penn station for a lot less money and much better quality sandwiches!! Do you think your bread is so good it's worth charging that much and you can skimp on everything on it? Nah

Great food as always!!
Always filthy. Floors were covered in grime, garbages were gross, drink station was a mess and every table was dirty and left uncleaned. Been to many Panera's locations but this one is ALWAYS dirty. Won't be going back. I've tried it enough times to see they have no work standards at this location. Hard to eat food and not question how it was preparedwhen the place is filthy dirty.
Waiting for my Sweetie to get her pɛdi. Obgot my usual burnt (by my request) blueberry bagel and large dark roast coffee. Excellent

The person at the cash register with red hair and navy pants acted quite inconvenienced that we not only walked in, but had to look at the menu before ordering so he had to walk to a different computer (we would’ve gone back to where he was).
He did not speak, just stared at us and assumed we should just talk first. 0/10 customer service
Then, it is 5pm and they’re already out of romaine🤨 not very impressed with this place
I went to the location in crestview hills, kentucky. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was very welcoming.
I ordered the greek salad with chicken, and it was truly amazing. The chef went out of her way to make it special for me. At least she made me feel special.😍-
Clean, fast service and probably the best looking Panera sammie I’ve had yet
I forgot their food sucks til I started to eat it. I won't be back at this location. It's hard to believe the Florence location is so much better..
Maryann the GM is the best. She helped me with an order and was very nice and compassionate. She’s a great worker and a great person. Thanks Maryann!
