The hours said open till 3 but I guess they closed at 2, the lady was very rude rushing us out which we understand but fix your hours if your going to be rude, we didn’t take long maybe 7 minutes tops. She had a very nasty attitude I will definitely never revisit this location.

Staff is absolutely rude. They are instantly overwhelmed and there is no orderly process to handle customers. I’ll find my pastry elsewhere. Ridiculous pricing anyway

I think servatii's gets overlooked with Panera next door, but they have great bakery items and I love their giant pretzels. Give them a try if you haven't been in a while. The staff is friendly and fast and the donuts are tasty!

I debated between 2 and 3 stars. My wife got me a German Chocolate cake for my birthday, as well as a "backup" tiramisu. The cake was moist and tender. The topping wasn't too sweet. But, and one might describe this as the linchpin of a German Chocolate cake: it wasn't chocolate. It was a light beige that someone described as blondie like. I went out to the internet to peruse its German Chocolate cake images, and while I didn't go all the way to the end, I could not find a light beige German Chocolate cake anywhere. The German consulate was closed when I received the cake and I don't speak German so a call to Germany's Bakery Ministry would have been likely fruitless (unlike a Black Forest cake) in an effort to confirm the qualities of a German Chocolate cake. So, I'm left only with my many years experience eating German Chocolate cakes to leave 2 stars. And we'll leave the tiramisu as non-traditional.
