I visited the Crestview Towne Center Servatti's on Monday July 28th. I cannot say enough good things about the two women working that evening. I had my elderly mother, my special needs sister who has leukemia & my husband who's aggressive cancer has returned. Kim went above and beyond great service & gave us a special treat as we left. I'm overwhelmed with my life right now & the thoughtfulness has touched our family! Little did she know! Thank you Servatti's for employing such a wonderful, dedicated person. Thank you Kim! We love their baked goods. They have cookies, bread, cakes, donuts, muffins, etc. It's also a peanut free facility. My husband gets giant trays of cookies for the teachers at my school. They're a big hit and don't last long.

We already love this place but today we got the raspberry filled jelly donut....OMG .. The BEST donut I've ever had! Delish! The cherry strudel is always a hit in our house and the strawberry danish is chef's kiss💋!
The hours said open till 3 but I guess they closed at 2, the lady was very rude rushing us out which we understand but fix your hours if your going to be rude, we didn’t take long maybe 7 minutes tops. She had a very nasty attitude I will definitely never revisit this location.
