Bacon cheese buger was way too wet. The bottom bun was flooded with moisture, not even able to pick up, water was dripping into a puddle into the carryout container. French fries were limp and cold. When I pulled up to the carryout area, the sign said call ×××-×××-×××× and left a message and waited 10 minutes then I texted the number with what spot I was parked in. response, called again. Finally someone came out the my food. Not happy with this location I wished TGI Friday did not close the other location near me ( turfway florenec ky).

The Fridays of old has passed. The wings were hardly tossed in sauce, the potato skins were over done. The server did her best as they were short staffed.

We hadn’t been here in years because the food just wasn’t good, but decided to try it again after a long day at the hospital. The food was good, but we were shocked when we got our bill! Our waiter asked us if we wanted to change out our sides on our meals, but never told us there would be an up charge. It ended up costing us $60+ for three of us to have a meal. We did have 2 fountain drinks in there, but that is still crazy!! Beware!

So I just wanna preface this by saying that I absolutely used to like in love Fridays so I went there two times in the last two weeks well the first time that I went there and had an issue the manager the dealt with me was actually wonderful fixed everything and gave me some cheesecake for my troubles and I'm OK with that. I don't want anything for free. I'm not asking for anything for free, but what I am asking for is the Exact food that I pay for. The manager that was on duty the second time his name was Jason. So my actual order was four full slabs of whiskey glazed ribs. You get two sides with each dinner and then you can add on an extra half slab of ribs for $8.89 so I got an additional 4 half slabs. so anyway, it took them an hour to correct my order and the manager actually charge me an additional 15 $ anyway the manager was very rude and he told me to deal with it and walked away. After spending nearly $200

Always check your order before you leave! I ordered the Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta and didn’t have neither chicken nor shrimp in it when I received it. I called to speak to someone about getting my order redone ( whose name was Jason) or a refund, but he was not much help at all. This was very disappointing experience.
