Food was just okay. Got a salad and my lunch companion got a whiskey chicken sandwich. The sandwich was expensive ($10) for what she got and didn't have any sides. Waitress seemed put out by us being there and was very short with us. Borderline rude. And it was SO cold in there.Not worth the $25 I spent on lunch! Won't be going back.

We did carryout from this TGIF's but had to order in person after ordering via the web failed to accept a valid gift card. The gift card was accepted at the restaurant. On a positive note the staff that took my order were very nice and pulled it together quickly. The part of the restaurant I saw was nicely decorated and pretty busy for early evening. The food we had when we arrived home was good.

It had been a while since my wife and I had visited. Since our last visit they have spruced up the inside of the establishment. The food offerings that we experienced have pretty much remained in line with our expectations for the brand. The service during our visit ( off peak afternoon) was below our expectations. The server seemed preoccupied with other things away from the table. A food runner had to bring the food to our table ( selection of appetizers). Empty plates and glasses were left on the table during the few rare times that our server actually visited the table. No offer was made to see if we wanted more food or dessert prior to the check being left on the table. (We did actually want to add both). But took that as a sign that the server was done. We will possibly give it another try in the future.

Food was not bad but nothing to really warrant going back for especially at the prices. One of my all time favorite dishes was their loaded potato skins but the size of them are nearly half the size they display in the menu as well as what I know they used to serve and for the price tag is just not good I'd rather eat at O' Charlie's and have them there at least the food is better priced and tastes better.
