They refried the chicken and the fries for the drive through. I was the only customer who ordered inside and they bagged my food but let it sit there for about 10 min while the walked around. Quality is not a priority.

I ordered at ten pm, everything I ordered was cold. My sister and I each ordered a burger and fries and some chicken fries to share and everything in the bag was stone cold like it had been sitting out all day. Women was nice cashing us out. But I give this a one star because why is my food cold when I payed $30?!

Hi. I'd like a refund for my order placed on 3/10/25, paid by this Google account. There is no way to contact the business end or get a refund by phone. The support in the app and website is completely nonfunctional. I will change this review if this happens because this location is generally very good quality even if I have to wait. But my items came wrong even though I placed my order in advance and waited for as long as it took to drive there. Sorry to intrude on the public sphere with such a stupid thing, Burger King corporate made me do it.

The morning crew has really got it together. They get my order correct everytime with no delay. Good job Burger King for hiring staff that is friendly and efficient.

This is the only Burger King in the area that I will visit. I will actually drive the 15 miles from my house. Super friendly staff. Food is always fresh.

My 11 year old son was disappointed with the size of his burger. Big guy on the grill took it personally and more than made it right. Thanks dood, we'll be back. Manager was nice too.

A third of the menu has been out for months, the speaker is on the verge of death, the staff takes forever to run a card (seriously, 6 minutes???), and multiple items are always unavailable.

This BK has felt in the verge of failure since it opened.

The person at the speaker and the window was awesome. Very proffesh. The order was correct, but the sides (onion rings and fries on value meals) were only half way filled. My Classic Melt was not toasted and the food wasn't warm. We paid $ 54. It's going to take some convincing for us to come back there. ?
