Extremely poor drive thru service. Rude attendant. I would give more details but I just drove off half way thru my order. Never going back. Embarrassing training/management skills.

The person at the speaker and the window was awesome. Very proffesh. The order was correct, but the sides (onion rings and fries on value meals) were only half way filled. My Classic Melt was not toasted and the food wasn't warm. We paid $ 54. It's going to take some convincing for us to come back there. ?

They’re the only drive-through that makes you wait to order wait to pay wait to move forward when there’s nobody else in line. It’s faster to go through a full McDonald’s drive-through down the road than it is for you to be the only car at this Burger King. We love the food. The people are nice, but the waiting is weird. I know they’re doing it to their own internal metrics, but it just frustrates your customers.

Super clean location, somewhere in Kentucky off I-71, just north of Louisville. Have never seen a BK store this clean. And staff was really friendly, courteous and accommodating. This one should be a model for all others.

This BK is clearly attempting to manipulate their “at food window” drive thru timer to meet corporate goals. They hold you hostage at the payment window (anywhere from 90 seconds to several minutes after running your card) while the food is prepped, then give you the okay to pull to the food window. Either your meal is completely ready or they tell you to go park at the front door and they’ll walk it out. Either way, it’s guaranteed you’re only at the food window for like 20 seconds or less. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only car in line or not. It’s the most bizarre drive thru experience. That said, the food is typically correct, hot, and fresh.

Have a on line gift card but couldn't get the Burger King app to work. After getting code number it wouldn't work. So we just went inside.

Clerk couldn't figure out coupon. They keep iced tea hidden in the back. I hate when restaurants do that.

Well I came by to get my favorite Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich and for whatever reason the inside was closed so went to the drive thru instead and thus didn't notice instead of a Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich I got a chicken sandwich with tartar sauce on it. It was still good, kind of an avant garde move on Burger King's part but I don't know, not what I was expecting. I'd still go back I'll just check it first. Still recommend, these things happen. PS the Ghost Whopper isn't spicy.

I have never been so disappointed and angry at a restaurant. They say their drive thru opens at 6am. However, they don't understand that means you are to actually serve customers when you are open. Numerous times I have placed mobile orders, get there about 10 minutes later at 7:40am and they are closed. No biggie, easy to get a refund when you tell the all support the restaurant was closed. Now for the last 2 trips one on Nov. 13th, 2nd today Nov. 21 I did the same routine. Place my mobile order while leaving around 7:30, arriving 10-15 minutes later. Nov. 13, guy gets on speaker and said he "just" got a $50 mobile order so it will be 15 minutes before he can even take my order. I said what about the mobile order I placed 15 minutes ago, he yelled he is doing the best he can and turned off the speaker and walked away. Still trying to get a refund. Now today...same routine, get there same guy working....gets on the speaker and said he is by himself unloading the truck so isn't taking orders, slammed the headset down and walked away before I could say anything. So, if going, don't use mobile ordering because odds are they can't multitask if by themselves

The service is so bad it's actually impressive. They take one order at a time. They won't take your order until the last car is all the way through the line. You are an absolute joke. How are you still in business????
