Got my order wrong, no one answered when I called, and no managers answered the manager’s line either.

I showed up at 10:20pm and instead of answering the drive thru speaker they decided to shut off the menu board light until I left because they wanted to start cleaning an hour early.

I ordered breakfast and large coffee.
Went about 2 minutes down the road to my location from DQ. When I arrived at my location, I went to take a drink on my coffee. It was barely warm, and the cup seemed soggy and looked dirty, like coffee stans in side of it. Not white like paper cups usually look. It was either a cup they poured earlier for a customer who did not take it or one they poured for themselves. Either way, I did not drink it, just in case. The food was not hot but was still warm and tasted good.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through for them to tell me they was not serving any food because they cleaned early. Showed up at 9:10 PM. They don’t close until 10.

The floors are very sticky and gross, the workers are very slow and don’t prioritize customers. I have had to wait in the drive through at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone took my order! Service is way too slow and makes the experience here unenjoyable. Overall the food is good, but service is very VERY poor.

This GQ never has enough bananas for a banana split. Every time I come for one, they're out of bananas. And the food is subpar compared to other GQs.

I stopped by the dairy Queen on Norton commerce at 6:15 a.m. and they still was not open when I was starving for breakfast.. LUCKILY I made my way up to Crestwood and they was open ready to serve breakfast!! ?? Thanks to all the employees who get up early so that breakfast can be made!

Consistently out of items. I’ve gone here for breakfast many times without having butter or jelly. This is a many time occurrence. I now tried to order a blizzard that was seasonal, but only includes Oreos and fudge which is are regular menu items. After this I tried to order a basic Oreo blizzard and there was no Oreos. The employees are always nice and friendly and the complaints are always due to consistently being out of things.

I've come to this Dairy Queen ever since it opened and every year it becomes worse and worse. You can always expect a 20 minute wait in the line no matter when you go or what you're ordering, you can also expect to see a different person in the window. While in line today the car behind me parked (while still in line) went in and ordered, came back with their order and left before I even got up to the microphone.The food is alright but the wait time is absolutely terrible and they always seem to be out of something, a week ago they missed a truck and had only burgers and hot dogs and today they were out of napkins. I really hope that someday they can pull it together and have a quick drive through and have everything available, but I'm not holding my breathe.

They forgot gravy in our chicken basket (that we specifically asked for) so my husband drove back to ask for it and the manager had the audacity to say "this fat @$$ just wants free gravy." This is totally unacceptable behavior. He tried to confront her but she disappeared into the back.
