Go here every week for the same thing. However, yesterday, no receipt, and my bank account says $5 more. Call to the restaurant-prices have gone up.
Well…….CHANGE THE BOARD!

But, the food is always hot and ice cream delicious

●Food is often excellent.
●Service is good- mediocre, only because it only has 2 employees, so be patient and courteous to them, not their fault.
● Inside dining room area is dirty, again only 2 overworked employees running the whole operations.
●Drive thru has a huge pothole at the service window, front tire catches this deep hole while paying for food.
● onion rings are superb!

Have a special needs kid who will only eat the chicken strip basket. Was told that they were serving breakfast and couldn’t do a chicken strip basket. It was 19 minutes before lunch. Am I supposed to stay in there for 19 minutes and wait and then get it?

Don’t usually have problem with my food here - however staff could be more involved with making this restaurant operate better.

Apparently closes kitchen 45 minutes early.

So disappointed! The closing time is 10pm we arrived at 9:15pm and the doors were locked. We had to go through the drive thru and only could get ice cream. Maybe you should think about changing the closing time.

Any restaurant that closes at 10 but ACTUALLY closes their kitchen at 9 gets 1 star. Rudely said the kitchen was closed, made a face at me through the window, handed me a blizzard (the only thing you can get there apparently) with no napkins. Top notch, kids. I would be embarrassed if I was the GM.

Food was standard. Jesus music blaring from the speakers was a big turnoff. I don't care if you're religious - why rub it in everyone's face, especially customers?

I've been coming here for well over a decade. The food is always great and the staff are always friendly. I've never been disappointed and this is the only fast-food restaurant in my entire life that's never given me the wrong order/forgotten my sauces.

We were there tonight from 5:00 a 5:45. It was empty and there was not a clean table in the entire restaurant. Fries were cold

Like what!? I wait 20 minutes for the food, and it’s not even busy maybe 2 people tops, and the food comes out like this.

The young guy in the drive thru told me the kitchen was closed. I drive around and parked and went in and ordered my food. I call the manager to let them know that the kid is chasing away business and they didn’t answer🤷‍♂️

One of the worst restrooms I have ever been it it was terrible food was good but the bathroom was horrible

Pay over $5 for a small blizzard and it's only vanilla ice cream with a few toppings on top. Not even mixed through. Paying way to much to not even get what you came for.

I pulled up with a small church group of 5 boys and one of the employees saw us and promptly locked the door. There were 3 tables with people and the hours post on the door said they were open for another 2 hours. We traditionally have gone here, but will no longer. I'll also actively discourage other youth groups from going as well.
