They forgot gravy in our chicken basket (that we specifically asked for) so my husband drove back to ask for it and the manager had the audacity to say "this fat @$$ just wants free gravy." This is totally unacceptable behavior. He tried to confront her but she disappeared into the back.

The employees are nice and are doing the best they can. But the food has shrunk in size so much we decided after our last visit that we will never go back. The fish sandwich and burgers were an insult in how small they have become.

I went through the drive thru on January 20th at 11:30 AM. The person who took my order sounded like a grouchy robot. At the window there was no greeting, the person just shoved an open sundae my way. When, I asked if she could put a cover on it, she just turned and walked away from the window, groaning outloud, "Oh my God".If that's not rudeness, I don't know what is. The rudeness continued with her not saying a single friendly word.I like Dairy Queen food, but I will not return due to the very unfriendly woman who was there that day. She is not a good employee.

Drive through is terribly slow and a trap. Myself and three other cars were stuck in line for 15 minutes before an employee took one of our orders. The setup of the drive through at this location is poor so we couldn’t get out of line if we wanted to. I ended up asking the car in front of me to pull out of the drive through so that I could leave. I’m not sure what was going on inside but it sucked. If you’re going to eat here go inside; they can’t ignore you and you won’t get stuck.

I ordered online before getting to the restaurant and it took them more than 30 minutes to have my orde ready was ordering just one item they take forever it’s not a fast food this place should close down for

Hadn't been to this DQ in a while. Used to have good quick food. Waited 20 minutes in the line. You can't get out of the drive up once you're in it or I would have left. Got burgers and fries. When I finally got to the drive up window the lady manning the window had a sweatshirt on that was completely stained and looked like it hadn't been washed in ages. I looked inside and the place looked dirty. I paid, took my bag (which reeked of old grease) home and promptly threw everything away. I figured a $20 donation was better than eating what I suspected was ill prepared food. The burgers weren't even in their boxes which were smashed. Take my donation and get out of the business. If you're still going here, you might want to reconsider.
