I am a regular at this dominoes and have been for a couple years. I have a food sensitivity so I always order my pizza with no cheese so I can put my own cheese on it at home. Not only has the Crestwood dominoes never accidentally put cheese on it (that I know of), they’ve also never overcooked my pizza. When you do no cheese and cook it the same time as a regular pizza the crust always gets burnt. Another nearby dominoes burns it every time. During my last carry out I thanked the people working and one of the employees told me they know my order and they always make sure to put the pizza in at a certain point so it doesn’t over cook. The employees are always really kind here too. I appreciate my Crestwood dominoes greatly! Yall are the best! Sincerely, the girl who gets the large thin crust with no cheese and extra pineapple and pepperoni. 💚

After a few years of not ordering I decided to gove Domino's another shot. I wish I hadn't. I ordered 1 large 2 topping pizza. Email said to arrove in 25-35 minutes. It arrived at 48 minutes. My box was noticeably cool to the touch. The pizza had maybe 10 mushrooms over the whole pizza and several slices had 1 mushroom. The pizza had barely any sauce and it was almost tough because the pizza was not hot or even barely what I would classify as warm really. Now here I am preheating my oven to put this precooked pizza that I waited 48 minutes for back in the oven. Guarantee that wont help it since it doesn't have enough sauce. Not doing this again! I wish we had more pizza delivery options in OC!

Ordered pizza, watched online as it progressed through the app. An hour after it was completed I called only to hear that they were short on drivers.Suggestion - stop taking delivery orders or give notification. Your inability to be staffed is your issue not the customers’. Very disappointing experience. Crestwood, KY store.

I order from here on a weekly basis. Everytime ive called the store the employees have always been both nice and professional. Ive spoken with the General Manager a few times and shes always went above and beyond to make my order the way my family likes it. I guess they arent supposed to put the garlic parm sauce from the tots on the side but she makes the exception sinxe not all my kids like it. Its great to have a chain pizza shop locally that does such a wonderful job.

This store is trash my wife And I have given at least 2000 dollars to this store over the course of a month being that we just moved from California and tonight they decide to cancel the order after showing up to my house for a “contactless order” because I didn’t get it before they left? But they do it every other time needless to say she’s alone right now and some man is dropping off pizzas but won’t leave the pizza without seeing her first? You all are trash and I’ll be stopping by tomorrow to voice the rest of my opinions in person
