Perfect chicken tacos. My husband and I were mourning the closing of our favorite taco/burrito spot in Louisville, but then we realized this place was right down the road!! Lots of tables to eat in if you want. Green salsa is very spicy and very delicious; it's more of a creamy avocado sauce. Husband's chorizo burrito was pretty big and hearty without being greasy. We'll be back. Like a lot.

It is a lovely, authentic Mexican restaurant when you are tired of going to El Nopel. Time to share the money, el nopel. We know white people somewhere own this chain. It's everywhere.

The absolute worst Mexican food I've ever had in my entire life. This place is an insult to real Mexican food. The food they served us was definitely old and not made fresh. My girlfriend and I were barely able to swallow a couple of bites before we ran out of the place. DO NOT order the queso it's just processed canned cheese they heat up. Even after brushing my mouth out I still can't get this horrendous taste out. DO NOT waste your time and money on this pathetic place they call "Mexican Food."

It's your standard taqueria. I was very pleased with my lunch, the sauces tasted house-made, which I appreciated. I didn't have to wait long to get my food.Definitely an authentic little gem in Crestwood.

Very local and casual establishment . The food is good and authentic. The place was a bit of a mess when we got there - tables needed to be bussed, but I'd guess they do more take away than eating in. If you're in the area it's worth a try. The queso was velveeta. The burrito is plentiful. It's good but I've had better tacos.

I visited them every month, all the food is very good. Try the Tlayuda.. it will feed 2 people.. try everything. Service is very good. Lucesita is very nice and always tries to make you feel welcome and making sure you are happy with food.

I wish I could relocate this place to my hometown! Hubby & I agreed - these are the best tacos we've had in our entire lives! This eatery/store is located a short distance from Kentucky Artisan Distillery, and we stopped in after a morning tasting. It seems to be a typical taqueria - counter ordering/fast casual. I would love to return and try a torta at some point!Collectively we tried the shrimp, chicken and carne asada tacos. Out of this world flavorful! Hubs and I each had 2 tacos and they were plenty filling. I LOVED the carne asada with fresh cilantro, diced onion and a squeeze of lime. They had a ton of super tasty meat. The staff was friendly and efficient and the whole place super clean. It's the perfect "hole-in-the-wall" taqueria and certainly the best I've found thus far.

I've driven by this place a bunch and never thought much of it. I mean, it's a Mexican restaurant in Oldham County. Seriously, that's a thing?!? Pick your poison, there's a few to choose from.Anyway. This spot is not sit down TexMex affair. This was 100% authentic. Wanna know how the spot is good? Just asked the several Mexican patrons who were eating there. The portions were good. The food was good. The service was good, too. It probably would have been better, but I can't speak Spanish. By better, I just mean more smoothly as this place has a walk up counter and you order off a giant menu on the wall. I got barbicoa burrito, a chicken quesadilla, and some steak tacos for our table. I devoured the burrito. It was delicious. The quesadilla was spot on, too. Tacos went mostly uneaten thanks to an 8 year old. This place is also half a market, with various foods and such that are from south of the border. Get curious, go try some Mexican candy.Worth breaking your regular routine and checking it out .
All good .
