We just got our pizza it was burnt. The kids would not even eat it. Now I have hungry kiddos and only thing they offered was 25% refund. We have been waiting for dinner bi have kids hungry. This pizza should have never been sent out.
Ordered thru the Little Caesars’ app and they now use DoorDash to deliver. I received only part of my order and the DoorDasher just looked at me like the missing items were my fault. I called the store and they could not/would not help except to give me a phone number. The manager on duty, John, actually hung up on me. Rude service. online order supposedly to be ready at 11.36 to 11.38. I was there 11.39. didn't get my order till started making it when I showed up! then a different person said " what r u waiting for" told him my name and order #. was asked even ruder" what was it" I told him my info yet again. the he said " I'm not dealing with shit" as he.slammed the door in my face. he's lucky I didn't go inside and toss him thru the window! last time ill spend my money there
