Little Caesars Pizza

Have come here 6-7 times, and have never waited less than 15 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza. 2 times we got pizzas that were completely burnt black. The staff are always very nice and apologetic, just feels like they’re completely surprised when someone orders a pizza lol.

Today, May 25th, I went to buy some pizza with my family and I They gave them to me that they had eaten 2 slices, what bad service from the young people they have there

Well for starters I’ve never seen such and off cut of pizza. Is cutting pizza that difficult? Second I ordered half muchrooms and all pepperoni but got all mushrooms. Crestwood little Caesar’s is either amazing or off. Not sure why consistency varies here.

Someone needs to call the corporate, apparently the owner doesn't care.. multiple complaints over 2 years of dealing with the same foolishness ,this owner needs to be stripped and the employees need to be fired immediately. Not to insult anybody but you would have to be a complete idiot to waste your hard-earned money on its store .More problems than what it's worth online orders that go through take money off my card and then I go there in the stores magically close at 8:00 when the store closes at 9:00 employees sit around laughing and joking while the stores lock mocking customers. Had to wait 3 days to get money back.

I have 50 people on board and reporting this place to the better business bureau. Pizza and crazy bread was uncooked. I'm tired of giving this place a try. It's time for new management or this place to be shut down

I know these complaints sound like a broken record at this point, but this place only gets the pizza correct maybe 25% of the time. Little Ceasars has never been the golden standard but this is ridiculous. It's like they based their business model off of the lottery. Most won't win and get what they asked for, but for the lucky few...

Literally had THE WORST experience. Mobile ordered to pick up through the drive thru. Waited over 15 minutes as the second car in line! There were 4 cars behind me! When I finally got to the window they acted as if nothing was wrong. I was ASTONISHED and told them that they soups have asked the car in front of me to park so the everyone else wasn’t endlessly waiting in line. TBH, I’ve sworn off the chain in the past bcz the service is consistent- it’s either bad or awful. I think I’m there again. The money savings isn’t worth it to be treated like crap by young people who clearly don’t care.

“Hot and ready” yet, nothing is ever ready. Everytime I have to pull around and wait for them to make it.

They stopped selling the cups of cheese! The crazy bread had hardly any of the seasoning on them, they were pretty much plain bread sticks. Won't be back to this location.

We ordered 3 pizzas in advance. The Super Most Best-est pepperoni was fine. The very expensive Detroit Style was oddly topped with a ton of green pepper and almost no sauce (see pics). The Super Most Best-est Sausage was a massive disappointment. Virtually no sauce, and about half the usual amount of sausage - all lumped in the center. (see pics)

It's not bad pizza for a lot less money. Better than you'd expect for the price.

Horrible customer service, line not busy but wouldn’t answer the phone until the fifth time I called. When they did answer the guy was rude and hung up on me.

Rude dirty employees, hardly ever got anything ready, they can't tell you anything about deals or sale's. Bad experience all around.
