Little Caesars Pizza

everytime i come here no matter what time of day you wait over 10 mins for anything. even if it’s an order of crazy bread. awful service and half the time the bread isn’t cooked fully.

Orders are never right. Staff is rude. Takes forever.

I walked in to order on 9/30/2025 at 8pm
a tall skinny guy in a hat walks up to the counter to take my order.
He absolutely stunk of very potent weed . the smell about knocked me out!!

he asked what I would like.
I told him I wanna order 2 pizzas.
I told him I wanted the pretzel crust pizza.
the one with cheese sauce and pepperoni.
he then says do you want pepperoni or just cheese on that???
I’m thinking wow I literally just said pepperoni!!!
so I repeat myself and say PEPPERONI!!!once again

I then ordered the new cheesy garlic cheese pizza. nothing added on just the way it’s advertised.
I EVEN SHOWED HIM A PICTURE OF IT ON MY PHONE!!!

it was like $16 for the 2 pizzas. so I paid and left the store to sit in my vehicle while they were baking.
I definitely wasn’t gonna sit inside breathing the awful smell of weed.

I came back in at 8:23 pm

The same guy that took my order before looked right up at me walking through the door.
He says hey how’s it going?
CAN I TSKE YOUR ORDER?
I’m thinking dear god he cannot be serious right now.

I said I’ve already ordered. Then took a seat in one of the chairs in the waiting area.
it finally registers with him that I was in here just a little bit ago.
he's like let me go see if those are ready for you.
he comes back a couple minutes later after getting my pizzas out of the pizza heater on the back side of the register.

he hands them to me and I tell him thankyou and to have a great night.

I drive out of little Caesar’s and stop and a gas station down the street.
on my way out I’m like let me check these pizzas out. since that encounter was awkward!

I Open the lid to find a normal cheese pizza with No pepperoni.
It had pizza sauce and normal crust that was lined very heavy with course pretzel salt?????
this was supposed to be pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni!!!!!

I then opened the other pizza box.
it in fact was the cheesy garlic pizza I ordered.
it smelled super garlicky but it barely had any sauce on it!!! the pizza was also super super oily!!!! I honestly couldn’t even believe what I was looking at. but I realized I didn’t get a receipt.

never again will I eat at this place until management or the employees here change.

it’s absolutely ridiculous that these workers cannot comprehend how to make a pizza when
that is literally there job!!!!
I will be contacting the better business bureau tomorrow.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO EAT AT THIS PLACE!!!
I KNOW YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE YOUR TIME WASTED WITH THE WRONG ORDER!

PLEASE GO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

I have never bought a pizza from this location that I've enjoyed. I've given them three chances in Three years. They keep failing my favorite pizza company ‼️

At the Crestwood drive thru.

I asked for a fresh pizza the employee made me wait about 5 mins or so comes and gives me a pizza. I get home and see an old pre-heated pizza.

How dare him think he would fool anyone with an old pizza into a new one. Omg I’m so upset and I didn’t take back because my child had already grabbed a slice.

It’s not the first time but today I’ve had enough.

Horrible service as usual, just remembered why I stayed away from this place.

Guy needing dough with no gloves took order at register touched money and register turned around kept needing dough no hand wash gloves or sanitizer

The staff is not very friendly. I paid for 2 garlic butters and told them no side of marinara and they did the opposite. I pulled back around and the dude at the window was not friendly at all. I will not go here again because every single time I do they are rude and unapologetic!! Horrible customer service.

Have come here 6-7 times, and have never waited less than 15 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza. 2 times we got pizzas that were completely burnt black. The staff are always very nice and apologetic, just feels like they’re completely surprised when someone orders a pizza lol.

Today, May 25th, I went to buy some pizza with my family and I They gave them to me that they had eaten 2 slices, what bad service from the young people they have there

Well for starters I’ve never seen such and off cut of pizza. Is cutting pizza that difficult? Second I ordered half muchrooms and all pepperoni but got all mushrooms. Crestwood little Caesar’s is either amazing or off. Not sure why consistency varies here.

Someone needs to call the corporate, apparently the owner doesn't care.. multiple complaints over 2 years of dealing with the same foolishness ,this owner needs to be stripped and the employees need to be fired immediately. Not to insult anybody but you would have to be a complete idiot to waste your hard-earned money on its store .More problems than what it's worth online orders that go through take money off my card and then I go there in the stores magically close at 8:00 when the store closes at 9:00 employees sit around laughing and joking while the stores lock mocking customers. Had to wait 3 days to get money back.

I have 50 people on board and reporting this place to the better business bureau. Pizza and crazy bread was uncooked. I'm tired of giving this place a try. It's time for new management or this place to be shut down
