Have come here 6-7 times, and have never waited less than 15 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza. 2 times we got pizzas that were completely burnt black. The staff are always very nice and apologetic, just feels like they’re completely surprised when someone orders a pizza lol.

Food is as expected from a Little Caesars. They must be short staffed as attempting to call to place an order, (changes that the app doesn't support), resulted in no answer.

Service was meh. I suppose staffing challenges combined with automation, like the pizza locker, is relegating human interaction to the least priority.

The pizza tastes great, but we want the stuffed crust and we can't remember the last time we ordered one that didn't fall apart. They overstretch the dough and you can't even pick up the slice, it just falls apart...We keep buying it every week hoping it will be better, because surely we're not the only ones this happens to, but good grief they can't figure it out. Otherwise good.
