Gave this location four stars a few years ago. Changing to one star. Last two times we have gotten food from here it has been barely edible. Fries soggy and undercooked, burgers like shoe leather. Not to mention countless getting the order wrong, adding items I didn't order etc. One would think with prices high the quality would at least be tolerable. Anyway this location has gone in the toilet. Will be making the short drive to Buckner from now on.

The only reason I go here is because my kids love McDonald's. However, this store gets our order wrong about 30 to 40% of the time. They tend to be in a rush and don't double check that your order is correct. The drive through is super fast but I highly recommend checking your food before you drive off because there is a decent chance it is wrong.

When it is wrong inside, I usually have to stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes to get their attention to let them know the order was wrong.

Management can make a few changes and this McDonald's could be much better.

Steal from your customers and we won’t be back! Gone downhill. Food was cold and the kid taking our money tried to steal $10 from us. We paid 20.50 for 10.46 meal and was initially handed .04. We complained and were handed the remaining $10. No receipt for us to file a formal complaint with management to know if it was intentional or not. It happened 5-10 minutes ago if anyone wants
to audit the drive-thru register.

This McDonald’s is close and convenient if you live in Crestwood. That’s the good news. The bad news is that they get the orders wrong about 50% of the time and if you don’t check your order before you leave you will be screwed unless you can be bothered to make a return trip. It’s ridiculous how often they forget items or put cheese when you ask for no cheese or something like that. It’s extremely frustrating and it’s a shame when you spend money and don’t get the item because you don’t get your money back unless you go back and it’s just never worth the trip back because it’s such an inconvenience.

I mainly use the mobile app and do curbside pick up. The app is easy to use, and I get my food in the expected time brought to my car.

It's not just a McDonald's in the area, it's THE McDonald's. Service is fast, staff is super friendly, and food always tastes as it should. I have been here probably 50 times or so over the years, and they have never once messed up an order or even served me old fries.

If you are in the area and craving some Mickey D's, skip LaGrange and Buckner, come to Crestwood

Really need to get back to the human touch. I will not order from a kiosk in a fast food restaurant. And the fact that three meals cost over $30 now at McDonald's is absolutely ridiculous! This is the first time I have visited a McDonald's in over a year, and cannot believe that they prefer people to use a computer to order their food instead of human beings.

Rude ladies here that speak English but pretend like they don't when they would rather ignore you. The soda machine has been broken for weeks, and the C02 doesn't work, but the ladies that work here won't tell you that. I've witnessed elderly customers deal with this, and if it woesnt for me speaking up, nobody would even know. The younger associates are very nice and helpful, though. To the veteran crew here, do better.
