Rude ladies here that speak English but pretend like they don't when they would rather ignore you. The soda machine has been broken for weeks, and the C02 doesn't work, but the ladies that work here won't tell you that. I've witnessed elderly customers deal with this, and if it woesnt for me speaking up, nobody would even know. The younger associates are very nice and helpful, though. To the veteran crew here, do better.

Went to Crestwood ky McDonald's a week& a half ago,husband had food poisoning sick for over a week. I wonder if they were supplied with the onions that are part of the E-cloi recall?

I was not pleased with a worker lighting up a cigarette right outside the door and not at least 8 feet from the building. I ended up seeing a driver plow into three cars two, three and four spaces from me, then back up into the first car, ripping the poor guy's bumper off. The teamwork that ensued as the driver sped off to get law enforcement engaged was some of the best I have seen. While I don't want to go back through that fiasco again, it might be worth it to see how things turned out. I felt so bad for the three people were hit and had I been one space over or she had started her rampage a few feet earlier, I would either be seriously injured or even dead. None of the other vehicles had occupants, thank God.

Sadly, I didn't enjoy my Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese, my favorite sandwich from McDonald's, yesterday. I went to eat there with my daughter after we went shopping, expecting to have my yummy faves. I was so disappointed cuz it was sooo greasy it was literally dripping. My fries were fresh and hot, and my Coke was really good too, but my QPC was horrible. I hate leaving a bad review, but they really sucked yesterday. Sorry?

Although everything is great the operation hours are wrong. They supposed to open at 5 o’clock in the morning on Sundays and they are closed
Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Introduced me to the $5.00 meal deal. Great experience!

Not a great experience here. $5.50 for a kids meal where I had to remind them to get a cup for the including drink and the burger is a piece of meat in a bun with nothing else. Wow. Maybe 2 stars is generous.

My food was hot. I tried the new quarter pounder and it was very good. I hope that they start doing that for their other burgers. The employees were polite and did what they could to make my visit a good one.
